The space, which is part of a former convent, has kept the old stone arches, but changed the décor. It remains a dance music destination, but only on Friday and Saturday nights, until 6AM.

When i was young, inocent and Skinny :)))) Great times!! This Escadinhas da Praia disco opened for business in 1988, when there was still a Soviet Union. Its next years were its finest, until it earned something of a reputation, lost some of its glamour and, eventually, closed down in 2011. For five years it only opened for special events. Then it came back, for now only on Fridays and Saturdays, under a slightly different format. Among the differences: it is no longer open until 9am.

Abriu em 1988 e tornou-se a mítica discoteca de Lisboa durante a década de 1990, chegando a entrar na lista das melhores da Europa na revista “DJ”. Encerrou em 2011, mas um grupo de investidores fê-la renascer em 2016. O espaço, que é parte de um antigo convento, mantém os arcos de pedra, mas alterou a decoração. Continua a ser um destino para se ouvir e dançar música eletrónica, mas apenas nas noites de sexta-feira e sábado, até às 6 da manhã.
