Between French and Germanic influences, I propose you to discover the historical center of Strasbourg, the cathedral (outside), and the Neustadt, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the beautiful, picturesque, centuries-old half-timbered houses of La Petite France to the charming eighteenth century mansions, during our walk we will meet Gutenberg, the father of the printing press, the intriguing Cagliostro involved in the story of the Queen's necklace, the famous composer Mozart and many other great figures from Strasbourg's history. During the Christmas market in December, we'll also discover the city's main Christmas markets, the magnificent decorated houses, the "Carré d'or", the big Christmas tree, Alsace's Christmas traditions, local crafts and the region's Christmas gastronomic specialities. After eating enough "bredele" and drinking "glühwein", it will be imperative to "measure your belly" using the column of thinness! I welcome you and we start the tasting of our wines. Then we visit the family cellar dating back to 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels, which we still use to vinify our wines. We opened a scenographic space with 180° immersive video projected on barrels - unique in France. Following the organic conversion of my estate, we renovated our cellar and use this new setting to offer our visitors a new activity. It's a film about my rich personal history, and my work philosophy projected in the cellar, on 180-degree century-old oak barrels with sound work, allowing the public to be fully immersed in my history. Throughout the visit, you will taste our wines including the rare Klevener de Heiligenstein or the Pinot Gris Rose... Children are welcome during this visit : you do not have to book for children under 18. The experience is available in French or English depending on the schedules : please check the language possibilities before booking!! You will have the opportunity to try a slice of Alsatian kougelhopf during the wine tasting. The store is located at 156 Route de Strasbourg, in front of the large free parking.

vous embarquerez au port de plaisance, au cœur de la ville dans un écrin de verdure, nous glisserons entre les cygnes en direction d'une nature généreuse aux portes de la ville ... nous rejoindrons la ville et nous arrêterons le Solis devant l'île d'amour avec le temple et la cathédrale en toile de fond : la plus belle terrasse de Metz pour déguster un verre de vin de Moselle ! Autres remarques une boissons non alcoolisée sera offerte aux mineurs et aux personnes ne consommant pas d'alcool.

Visite commentée des vitraux de Jean Cocteau de l'église Saint-Maximin de Metz. Rendez-vous devant l'entrée de l'église située 68, rue Mazelle. L'église abrite les vitraux les plus importants réalisés par Jean Cocteau pour un lieu cultuel (14 baies représentant au total 24 fenêtres). A ce titre, l'oeuvre vitrailliste créée par le poète à compter de l'année 1962 constitue sans conteste son dernier grand chef-d'oeuvre, achevé pour l'essentiel, à titre posthume , puisqu'il est décédé le 11 octobre 1963. Oeuvre étonnante autant par sa qualité artistique que par l'histoire qu'elle raconte. "Je décalque l'invisible", cette phrase de Cocteau résume bien ce qu'il recherchait réellement dans son travail. Après une vue extérieure de l'édifice religieux afin de présenter son histoire et son architecture, la visite se poursuivra principalement à l'intérieur de l'église par une revue détaillée de chaque fenêtre réalisée par l'artiste. Cela nous permettra d'effectuer en réalité un voyage exceptionnel voulu et créé par le poète, à travers une belle narration figurée et historiée et une lumière presque irréelle puisque jouant fortement sur un chromatisme des bleus.

We will visit together the main squares of Strasbourg, the historical districts such as the Petite France and the Tonneliers neighborhood, and of course the most significant monuments of this charming French city. During the tour I will give you information about museums, surroundings to visit and restaurants to try.

Après 10 petites minutes de marche et quelques explications sur la viticulture et les vins d’Alsace nous rejoindrons un emplacement privilégié sur le Grand Cru Sonnenglanz. Vous en apprendrez davantage sur l’AOC Alsace Grand Cru et plus particulièrement sur le Grand Cru Sonnenglanz. Enfin vous dégusterez 3 vins de l’appellation en question, accompagnés d’une planchette de charcuteries et fromages locaux. I will take you on a wonderful photo walk, where we'll stroll around the most beautiful areas of Strasbourg, admiring the architecture whilst I capture photographs of you in my hand-picked spots, that create the best backdrop for your Strasbourg photo portraits. A 17th century bridge that has a wonderful viewing terrace of the city. 2. La Petite France - We will spend most of our time exploring all areas of this little quartier together, with its rich history & the most picturesque photo spots, you will discover why it’s a touristic favourite. 3. Cathédrale Notre Dame de Strasbourg - We will walk the bustling Grand Rue route, to end your photo experience at the Cathedral. Completed in 1439, this is a Strasbourg must-see. Whether you're looking for a shoot with friends, as a couple, or even with your pet, I will capture many images of you together & separately. Groups of 2-3 people receive a discount of 30%, and groups of 4+ people receive a discount of 40%. You will also have the opportunity to drink a big mulled wine/hot juice free of charge, and to stop at the different chalets. Le casse croute du vigneron étant le repas sommaire que prenait Robert mon beau père et Jean Marc mon mari sur les coups de 9 H lors d'une pause au travail. Un en cas où les produits locaux seront à l’honneur : charcuteries et fromages, pains... Autres remarques Notre expérience est une dégustation gourmande de nos vins dans une ambiance décontracté .

You can also not book for them and they will choose food directly here. Je vous reçois dans ma cave où nous ferons connaissance avant de vous faire déguster 4 whiskys ou 4 rhums au style différent et complémentaire que je vous commenterais. Je vous ferai également découvrir un whisky de notre région, la Lorraine, de Rozelieures. La réception personnalisée se passe aux heures que vous souhaitez durant mes heures d'ouverture, soit 9h à 12h ou 15h à 19h. Il vous est possible également de participer à mes soirées privées apéro piano-rhum ou piano-whisky que j'organise une fois par mois, le samedi soir de 19h à 21h. Ces dates sont visibles sur mon site. Dans une ambiance piano-bar nous dégustons 4 alcools que je commente, l'ambiance est chaleureuse et détendue. Des gougères accompagnent, lors de ces soirées, nos dégustations. Rassurez-vous, pour les accompagnants Airbnb qui n'aiment pas les alcools forts, il est possible de remplacer le Whisky ou le Rhum par une boisson non alcoolisée, des Softs par exemple. Then we will visit the cellar, its wooden barrels more than 100 years old and you will discover our family history through a scenographic space with 180° immersive video projected on barrels: unique in France.
