We will meet you at the harbor in Riomaggiore, and then embark on our magical sunset tour. During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. We wil made a tour in the vineyard until the top of the hill. there you can see all the langhe hills, and i will talk about the season work into the wineyard. Then we will go into the vinery to learn all the process of vinification adn aging of the wine. And but last but not the least the winetasting! Other things to note is possible take your dog with you if the weather is not good we don't go into the wineyard, just in the winery and winetasting

After a brief conversation and a small welcome snack, we will cook together a typical Genoese menu (an appetizer, a first dish of pasta, a second and a dessert) and I will tell you a little history and curiosity about the Ligurian cuisine and its traditions We will also eat what I cooked with my family (it includes unlimited water and a bottle of wine every two guests!) I am very happy to share what I have learned from my mother, mother-in-law and the cooking classes I attended: I am not a professional chef!!!

I will welcome our group to my apartment where we will have our interactive cooking class. I will introduce you the program and the grandma traditional receipts that we will cook together: everybody will have his own apron and I will teach you how to cook the following dishes: - tagliatelle - ravioli - orecchiette all rigorously handmady During the preparation everybody will have his own space and ingredients to put in practice what I'll teach, meanwhile I will be glad to share with you the origin of different preparation, with some historical link and show you some tricks how to make a dish a real artwork so that you can be a real italian chef when you will invite your friends at home next time! During the class you will learn also italian names for different ingredients and in a whilw you will became a PASTA expert. Ready for your special meal? We will move to the terrace and we will share PASTA receipts just cooked during the class and we'll finish our convivial dinner with a real italian coffee and some more legend and local tips. Other things to note If you partecipate in group, according to your special needs, we can tailor-made the cooking class for special occasion (birthday, anniversary etc), we are available to make experience both lunch and dinner. Wine Tasting & Cellar / Vineyard Tour
Riding between Langhe and Monferrato, the Bussi Piero company opens its doors to you I will guide you to discover our territory starting from a short walk in our vineyards spreading the differences between Langhe and Monferrato and the different varieties present, going to the visit in the cellar and concluding with a tasting on our panoramic terrace or in our tasting room, of at least 6 of our wines, starting from Piedmont doc Chardonnay, passing through the different types of Barbera d 'Asti and Nebbiolo and concluding with our Moscato d 'Asti DOCG. The tasting will be accompanied by a small cutting board of local products, charcuterie and cheeses, including the hazelnuts of our production

A fisherman's morning
Varazze is part of the Ligurian Riviera known for its clear waters and for its culinary specialties. The rendezvous will be at 5:30 am at the fishing port. Here you'll meet our crew, afterwards you'll be welcomed on board. We'll give you a brief explanation of the work we are going to do, describing the gillnets, places where we are going to fish, and fishes we are looking for. You can watch the crew in action, while having fisherman's breakfast with hot focaccia and a glass of white wine. Other things to note A few days before setting off, we will get in touch to make sure the weather is safe for us to go out at sea. The time varies depending on the season, and therefore also on the type of fishing. The duration of the experience is just an indication, it can vary based on the catch, the weather etc.

Pesto Class, Wine Tasting, Oil Tasting alle Cinque Terre
Learn to make the most famous salsa in Liguria: PESTO!! Cook with me, I've learned from Grandma Linda! We make everything from scratch, by pestle and mortar, using only selected ingredients! We will be in a typical Cinque Terre winery, furnished with stone and wood, a dip in 19th-century Vernazza! After preparing pesto, we will taste 3 wines from Cinque Terre and 3 Ligurian oils and eat our sauce with the typical focaccia!
Enjoy a sunset boat tour
Welcome to our experience! With the two captains Steeven and Christian we will leave the Riomaggiore marina to go to the following village Manarola and continue (staying in every village from the sea, to take many beautiful photos, all this always close to the coast), we will continue towards Corniglia, the only village that is 100 meters above sea level, we will make a stop to swim with the fish and snorkel, on board we will offer you prosecco, coca-cola or water and snacks such as the light focaccia, we will arrive in Vernazza one of the most popular villages by tourists, and finally we will go towards Monterosso, the largest village, and we will admire Monterosso from the sea, we will always go back to the coast to admire the sun that sets and we will return back calmly.

Truffle Hunt with a local family in a private experience
The Truffle experience is a total immersion in the misterious world of truffle , an exclusive experience for wine and food lovers. Cooking class with lunch in the garden
In this cooking lesson you will learn how to cook one of the most typical dishes of the Ligurian tradition starting from scratch: of course I'm talking about pasta with pesto! We will knead different kind of fresh pasta: corzetti, trenette, gnocchi, testaroli or trofie, using traditional tools and we will learn the techniques to shape it. After that we will prepare the famous pesto with the authentic ingredients, obviously with the use of mortar and pestle! We will welcome you with a welcome aperitif / snack in our wonderful location, a flower garden a stone's throw from the Genoa Piazza Principe station and once our dish has been prepared we will have lunch together.
History meets wine in Levanto!
We'll walk through Levanto's historical alleys and pretty squares, visiting the ancient channel harbour of the Republic of Genoa, the Medieval Loggia, the St. Andrew typical church, discovering the village's stunning history and lots of local traditions and curiosities. To fully enjoy the local atmosphere, we'll finish our walking tour with a wine tasting in the vineyard, tasting typical yummy products and discovering an organic and sustainable way of cultivating.
Typical aperitif preparing Genoese pesto
Pesto is a cold basil sauce, ideal with fresh handmade pasta, but also for unconventional yummy tapas! Plus, it was also Sinatra's favorite ;-) We'll learn how to prepare it following the original recipe, while sipping a glass of Cinque Terre wine and enjoying a typical local "aperitivo", each one with his/her own white marble mortar and the needed ingredients. Once the sauce done, we'll taste it on local focaccia toasts and in case you have some extra pesto left in your mortar you'll even get a food box to take it home! During the class I'll tell you everything about this basil sauce, its ingredients, but also its conservation and the ideal pastas and recipes to go with. Once back home you'll be able to impress your family and friends with a typical Italian Riviera meal ;-)
