We wil made a tour in the vineyard until the top of the hill. there you can see all the langhe hills, and i will talk about the season work into the wineyard. Then we will go into the vinery to learn all the process of vinification adn aging of the wine. And but last but not the least the winetasting! Other things to note is possible take your dog with you if the weather is not good we don't go into the wineyard, just in the winery and winetasting

Welcome to my home! After a brief conversation and a small welcome snack, we will cook together a typical Genoese menu (an appetizer, a first dish of pasta, a second and a dessert) and I will tell you a little history and curiosity about the Ligurian cuisine and its traditions We will also eat what I cooked with my family (it includes unlimited water and a bottle of wine every two guests!) I am very happy to share what I have learned from my mother, mother-in-law and the cooking classes I attended: I am not a professional chef!!!

I will welcome our group to my apartment where we will have our interactive cooking class. I will introduce you the program and the grandma traditional receipts that we will cook together: everybody will have his own apron and I will teach you how to cook the following dishes: - tagliatelle - ravioli - orecchiette all rigorously handmady During the preparation everybody will have his own space and ingredients to put in practice what I'll teach, meanwhile I will be glad to share with you the origin of different preparation, with some historical link and show you some tricks how to make a dish a real artwork so that you can be a real italian chef when you will invite your friends at home next time! During the class you will learn also italian names for different ingredients and in a whilw you will became a PASTA expert. Ready for your special meal? We will move to the terrace and we will share PASTA receipts just cooked during the class and we'll finish our convivial dinner with a real italian coffee and some more legend and local tips. Riding between Langhe and Monferrato, the Bussi Piero company opens its doors to you I will guide you to discover our territory starting from a short walk in our vineyards spreading the differences between Langhe and Monferrato and the different varieties present, going to the visit in the cellar and concluding with a tasting on our panoramic terrace or in our tasting room, of at least 6 of our wines, starting from Piedmont doc Chardonnay, passing through the different types of Barbera d 'Asti and Nebbiolo and concluding with our Moscato d 'Asti DOCG. The tasting will be accompanied by a small cutting board of local products, charcuterie and cheeses, including the hazelnuts of our production

Rendezvous at 6.30 pm at the Molo dei gozzi where you'll meet the Captain and the crew. Afterwards you'll be welcomed on board. Get ready for a unique and unforgettable experience! The captain will bring you in a little bay, here you can swim in the clear waters of Baia del Forno or you can just relax while drinking a glass of complementary wine tasting traditional local fish products.6 Other things to note A few days before setting off, we will get in touch to make sure the weather is safe for us to go out at sea. In this cooking lesson you will learn how to cook one of the most typical dishes of the Ligurian tradition starting from scratch: of course I'm talking about pasta with pesto! We will knead different kind of fresh pasta: corzetti, trenette, gnocchi, testaroli or trofie, using traditional tools and we will learn the techniques to shape it. After that we will prepare the famous pesto with the authentic ingredients, obviously with the use of mortar and pestle! We will welcome you with a welcome aperitif / snack in our wonderful location, a flower garden a stone's throw from the Genoa Piazza Principe station and once our dish has been prepared we will have lunch together.

The evening ends with a return to the starting point around 9 as the sun goes down and gives us unique colors. The Truffle experience is a total immersion in the misterious world of truffle , an exclusive experience for wine and food lovers. The goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. Partecipants are let to the woods with our master truffle dog. This is the most fascinating part of the route and honestly speaking the dog is the real leading actor of the hunt. The tour culminates with a lunch allowing to taste many of our products and fresh truffle of the season The goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. Learn to make the most famous salsa in Liguria: PESTO!! Cook with me, I've learned from Grandma Linda! We make everything from scratch, by pestle and mortar, using only selected ingredients! We will be in a typical Cinque Terre winery, furnished with stone and wood, a dip in 19th-century Vernazza! After preparing pesto, we will taste 3 wines from Cinque Terre and 3 Ligurian oils and eat our sauce with the typical focaccia!

Varazze is part of the Ligurian Riviera known for its clear waters and for its culinary specialties. The rendezvous will be at 5:30 am at the fishing port. Here you'll meet our crew, afterwards you'll be welcomed on board. We'll give you a brief explanation of the work we are going to do, describing the gillnets, places where we are going to fish, and fishes we are looking for. You can watch the crew in action, while having fisherman's breakfast with hot focaccia and a glass of white wine. Other things to note A few days before setting off, we will get in touch to make sure the weather is safe for us to go out at sea. The time varies depending on the season, and therefore also on the type of fishing. The duration of the experience is just an indication, it can vary based on the catch, the weather etc.

Afterwards we'll go down to discover what we saw from the top: we'll see the yachts docked at the Old Port, the old doors of the city (1100 ac) and Via Aurea, the most elegant and majestic street Then we'll go to more distances places like Piazza della Vittoria and 1900 architecture, Corso Italia (sea promenade) Boccadasse (ex fishery village, today fascinating neighborhood of the city) Monument (from where Garibaldi sailed to unified Italy) Nervi (sea promenade with amazing views of Portofino cape) and Bogliasco (fishery town outside Genoa). We'll visit everything with calm and at low speed, in order to enjoy the panorama, talk about culture/history and feel secure/comfortable. You'll have a personalized tour, just you. Welcome to our experience! With the two captains Steeven and Christian we will leave the Riomaggiore marina to go to the following village Manarola and continue (staying in every village from the sea, to take many beautiful photos, all this always close to the coast), we will continue towards Corniglia, the only village that is 100 meters above sea level, we will make a stop to swim with the fish and snorkel, on board we will offer you prosecco, coca-cola or water and snacks such as the light focaccia, we will arrive in Vernazza one of the most popular villages by tourists, and finally we will go towards Monterosso, the largest village, and we will admire Monterosso from the sea, we will always go back to the coast to admire the sun that sets and we will return back calmly.

Do you like Pesto? This is the right class for you to learn how to make it from scratch by mortar ad pestle, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and when Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate of testaroli (a traditional kind of pasta that looks like a thick crepe) which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. This experience is recommended for 2 or more people. NOTE: Genovese pesto is NOT vegan and NOT suitable for people with nut intolerance or severe gluten intolerance (we can use an alternative packed gluten-free crackers or similar but cross-contamination is inevitable).

Our daytime tour starts from Riomaggiore, which is the southernmost village in the Cinque Terre. We slowly make our way up the coast to Monterosso. We will stop in front of every village to snap photos from the boat. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit and towel because we'll be stopping for a swim during the tour (for those who choose to). After we have arrived in Monterosso, we'll head offshore so you can see the entire Cinque Terre coast and this beautiful perspective as we head back to Riomaggiore. With a maximum of 11 guests, our tours are intimate. Please note we do not offer food or drink on our day tours, but feel free to bring your own! Your captains are either Yuri or Beppe, both born and raised captains in the Cinque Terre. Get ready to have a great time and good laugh.
