We will take off from Mount Niederbauen for a Panorama flight (10-20 minutes) in Emmetten. If it's possible we will try to flight over the peak of Niederbauen. From there you have an amazing view over the lake Lucerne and to Gotthard, the main reach of the Alps. We can choose other take offs like Engelberg or Biehlen. It always depends on the wind for this day. There are a lot of different landing and takeoff places around. This is the reason cause Swiss is one of the best countries for paragliding and "hike and fly" tours. We can take off and land almost everywhere if the landowner allows it. The basic requirement for the start is that the passenger is able to walk a few steps because we have to accelerate for the start in order to take off. The landing is relatively easy, as the pilot and passenger straighten up and take a step before touching the ground. After landing there is the possibility to have a look and purchase photos and videos (cost 30 franks extra) made during the flight by the pilot. Other things to note: Costs for cablecar, parking, transfer are NOT INCLUDED to the price. Paragliding is not an extreme sport in Swiss by the opinion of the insurance. Local food can be sampled in one of the simple inns along the way, far away from crowds and in a safe and clean way. It's the land where I grew up full of traditions, history and centuries old structures of politics and agriculture. It will be my pleasure to tell you all about it. In front of Lucerne Station my guests board the William Tell Express Bus (Platform W at 12:08pm) and ride along the southern banks of Lake Lucerne to Altdorf, Uri (35min ride). I will meet my guests when the bus arrives in Altdorf and take them to one of this areas many small aerial gondolas, licensed for passenger transport. It will take us swiftly up to an altitude of 1800m/5400ft above sea level. From there I lead you on an easy and safe hike for 1 1/2 to 2 hours through flower meadows, a fairy tale forest and incredible lake views. At the end we will descend on one of Uri's most spectacular gondolas, with breathtaking views. And I will put guests back on the Bus to Lucerne.

We will start from the meeting point in Landsgemeindeplatz and after going through some of the secret spots in the Old Town, we will head to the local mountain, Zugerberg. From here we will run at easy pace through some of the best trails around Zugerberg. From forestry roads to single track, from steep uphills to easy flowing trails... there are multiple options and after assessing the participants abilities I will take on the ones that better suit you! There will be time for taking pictures, so make sure you bring your phone! The meeting and finishing point is Landsgemeindeplatz by the lake (outside from Restaurant Hotel Löwen). The activity will take between 1h30' and 2h.

The tandem paraglider is specially built to support the weight of 2 people: the pilot and the passenger. In order to be a passenger no previous experience is needed, you don't need to be particularly fit and we don't have any age requirements. The first step is reaching to our take off. Our take off is accessible by the Buelen cable car, which is a 2 minute drive from the train station Grafenort. Once we get to the take off, it takes about 15 minutes to get ready for the take off. The tandem pilot prepares the wing, helps the passenger to gear up and gives the briefing to the passenger. In a few steps we are airborne and then you can relax and enjoy the flight. The landing is easy. We just make a few steps over the ground. Our landing is located close to our starting point, next to the cable car station. The flight time is around 10 minutes. During my workshops you will have the opportunity not just to learn the basic steps of painting but also to meet new friends. By basic steps of painting I mean color mixing, rules of composition and proportions. All materials are included in the price including some drinks and snacks. My classes are focussed on the process of learning rather than the final result and the groups are small so we usually have a lot of fun while we work. On Thursdays we meet at my atelier but sometimes you can find us in other locations such as bars and restaurants.

We will meet in the old fishers village of Iseltwald. After a short tour of the village, we start our hike towards the Giessbach Falls. The hike goes along the shore of the turquoise blue Lake Brienz, where you'll find many good opportunities for the perfect landscape and mountain pictures. This is a unique landscape with the small hikers path leading through, under and over the rocks on the shore. After a 5 km hike, we arrive at the Giessbach falls. This corner of untouched Swiss nature, is a must see, when visiting Switzerland. We will hike up a few metres so you can admire the falls from different perspectives. After the hike, the nostalgic paddle steamer “Lötschberg Boat", the jewel of Lake Brienz, will bring you back to Iseltwald. From the boat, you will get the perfect chance to see all the mountains surrounding the lake. And again, you'll be able to take many great pictures from the ship. The boat ride is about 15 minutes, so you can take all your time to relax and enjoy the view. Optional is taking the boat back to Interlaken from Giessbach.
