It is an old cabin from the 1960s, acquired in 2008, renovated and improved by me, with attention to respecting its uniqueness and authenticity. Former shed from the 1960s, when Dakar residents came to spend their weekends in Popenguine. Rare undestroyed witness of this period, it has been renovated respecting its authenticity. On the beach, it is also 2 min walk from the center. The ground is arranged little by little according to the hirings. Sea lovers who appreciate simple pleasures and village life should be seduced. Located in Senegal, on the Petite Côte, and an hour from Dakar, this bio-climatic villa on stilts will seduce you. Close to the Somone lagoon in a very quiet area, the staff will be at your disposal. The overall appearance of the house is enchanting, it combines comfort and aesthetics. The furniture is made by talented Senegalese artisans. The terrace enjoys a sea breeze all year round. The pool is lovely although the sea is 300 m away.

Beachfront house in charming Popenguine

'Ange Bleu' is a 150m2 beach house with African charm and European comfort built 2010 in the fishing village Popenguine. Situated directly on the beach and a 5 minute stroll away from the village center. The house is divided in two parts separated by a Moroccan-style courtyard. It is always rented to one party even if the back house ist not occupied.
