An stunning flat in the top, 2nd floor (only by stairs) , situated right on the water It's a comfortable with big balcony and a breathtaking view! It's located in the city centre and the beach is ideal for families looking for quite holiday.Super markets beach bars and taverns are availiable within walking from the flat. The flat has two bedroom,a living room with a sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, wc and shower. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from Thessaloniki!

The apartment is located between Epanomi and Nea Iraklia. It is about 40km away from Thessaloniki and its airport. It is easily accessible by car, but there's also public transport if you're feeling adventurous! The flat is on the 2nd floor and its view is amazing! You can watch the sun setting right behind the mountain of Olympus! There are beach bars about 2km away but if you're the less populated beach type of people, the little beach just below the apartment will satifsy your needs!

Close to Gerovassiliou (wine house), airport (15min), boat to the city centre in summer (45min). For a small fee we can pick you up from the airport.

The apartment is fully refurbished in 2021, consists of two bedrooms , one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view and also have your lunch or dinner. There is a free parking aswell and an outdoor shower for using it, after returning from the beach.

Epanomi is very closed to Thessaliniki and Makedonia airport!
