We had such a great time staying at this villa. It’s big, beautifully designed, and perfect for a big family or group of friends. Everything was super clean, and the master bedroom (especially the bathroom) was really spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we loved having a big TV and fast internet for when we just wanted to chill. The private pool was amazing—we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the villa because it was so nice. The location is also super convenient: easy to find, only about 10 minutes from the beach, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Oleg was a great host—very responsive and helpful. He gave us lots of good tips about places to eat and things to do around Phuket. We even got a little gift and a thank-you card, which was such a sweet touch. I actually started recommending this villa to my friends while we were still staying there—that’s how much we enjoyed it. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance to visit.

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

A very comfortable stay. The pool was the cherry on top. Spacious villa in a wonderful locality. Walk to 7 Eleven is only 3-4 minutes. A lot of street food options nearby in the evening. Other attractions are almost equidistant from the villa, which was one of the main reason to book.

Beautiful house Insane views Nice host Highly recommended

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

Wir waren schon in vielen Unterkünften in Thailand, aber Baan Rom Pruk war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Der Pool war kristallklar und absolut sauber – ein echtes Highlight, vor allem am Abend, wenn er durch die vielen Lichterketten in eine stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre getaucht wird. Die Zimmer waren ebenso außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr gepflegt, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Team vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei jedem Anliegen wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Auch unsere Scooter konnten wir direkt über die Unterkunft buchen – alles lief reibungslos. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

Amazing bit of space perfect for our first 3 days in Thailand, made us feel right at home

Have stayed at this property before with Zen as host. Such a good communicator and extremely helpful. Location & view very good. Short walk to town and all the fun of the night market. The food is great. Walking down the hill no issue and many Tuk Tuks available for trip up if needed.

Sehr schöne Anlage und eine sehr schöne Wohnung, leider war auch bei unserer Ankunft das Türschloss nicht zu öffnen, die Elektonik hat einfach nicht reagiert, irgendwie bzw. irgendwann ging es dann doch…. Nach langer Anreise, im Dunkeln bei gefühlt 33 Grad war es etwas anstrengend. In der Wohnung liegen dann zwei Schlüsselkarten, diese funktionierten problemlos. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig, der Strand war im April fast menschenleer, ebenso die Pools der top gepflegten Anlage. Durch das Security Personal hat man immer das Gefühl der Sicherheit. Parken ist direkt an der Anlage ebenfalls gesichert. In der Wohnung gibt es kostenlos Trinkwasser für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe und sind gut zu erreichen (für Snacks und kaltes Bier kann man wunderbar im Mickey Monkey nebenan sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen).

Desde que entre al Apartmento me senti como en casa, es pequeño pero es tan lindo y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar tus vacaciones ya que esta muy bien equipado, y esta en una zona que me encantó porque esta cerca del aeropuerto y tienes la playa a pocos minutos caminando, talves no sea la playa mas paradisiaca de Thailandia pero es excelente para familias o incluso para parejas y creeme que no vas a olvidar los atardeceres que puedes tener alli mientras disfrutas de comida local. tambien tienes muchas opciones de restaurantes alrededor sin duda lo recomiendo y seguramente volvere a hospedarme aqui cuando regrese a Phuket.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen, für eine Woche eine Bleibe zu suchen und hier sind wir fündig geworden, ein kleines Schmuckstück auf einem Hang gelegen, mit einem tollen Blick auf Kata Beach. Jean-Michel hat uns gleich einen Kontakt zu der Verwalterin Eve hergestellt, die uns vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Beim öffnen der Wohnungstür raubt es einem den Atem, der Blick ist traumhaft, der Sonnenuntergang noch viel schöner. die Wohnung ist offen, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse können komplett geöffnet werden. Man fühlt sich gleich heimisch. Die Aussicht vom Whirlpool am späten Nachmittag mit einem Glas Wein ist fantastisch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool oberhalb des Fitnessstudio ist unglaublich schön angelegt, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Andamansee und den Sonnenuntergang . Wer kein Auto hat, fährt einfach Bolt, das klappt immer. Alles in Allem eine traumhafte Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci beaucoup, Jean-Michel

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

Great place to stay when in bang Tao

A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

IF IN PATONG YOU NEED TO COME HERE! Honestly everything looks just like the photos, and the host have helped me from A-z everything with my experience in patong. will always come back to this space when im ever in town. Pati has helped me from anything needed, and this space is right 3 mins walk to the beach and patong street. Will come back again soon! Great value and great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Yorch’s place! From the moment we booked, she was incredibly professional, helpful, and full of great recommendations that made planning our trip so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and perfect not just for sleeping but also for relaxing and spending a full day in if needed. The location is fantastic as it just a short walk to Bang Tao Beach and around 10 minutes on foot to a supermarket, which made everything super convenient. Yorch was always quick to respond to our messages and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Her local tips were spot-on and made our Phuket experience even better.Just a note that it is a bit further from the central area of Phuket. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Phuket!

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

民宿的位置非常好，到芭东热闹街区都可以走路直达，晚上也很安静不受影响。房间很干净，设施齐全，公寓还配套泳池和健身房，十分推荐！

Very nice place. Bowie was very helpful. The appartment was very clean, with all the necessary equipment. The pool is cool, and you have all kind of shops and stores nearby. I recommend !
