A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

Daisy's is located brilliantly, easy to find, walking distance to amenities and Snettisham is a beautiful village. Both the cottage and the village had everything you needed. The cottage was clean, the beds were great, the shower was great and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch as well. Fallon was hands off, but responded to queries quickly. We were allowed a late check out, which made our weekend even more special. Thank you

We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at Kingfisher Retreat on Mill Farm. The safari-style tent was beautifully designed and tucked away in a secluded spot, offering complete privacy away from the main campsite. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and fully equipped for a comfortable stay - though a toaster would have been a nice little addition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, with underfloor heating that made it warm and cozy morning and night. Although we spent most days exploring the Norfolk area, we could have easily spent all our time at the retreat, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquility. Communication before our visit was smooth, and we received a warm welcome from Lillie. The fresh bread, milk, and eggs were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a truly peaceful and private escape - perfect for switching off and reconnecting with nature. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Farm Cottage in a quiet rural location

Coming from Australia and having raced around the UK visiting family and friends Philippa's place was the most idyllic place to spend some time relaxing and recharging our batteries. Set in the midst of arable fields, the cottage was beautifully quiet apart from birdsong and the occasional piece of farm equipment going by on the private road. The cottage was extremely comfortable, well thought out and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Added touches such as flower arrangements in bedroom and lounge were much appreciated. We enjoyed a visit to Kings Lynn and had a couple of walks amongst the nearby wetlands with views out to The Wash. We enjoyed every minute and hope to return one day.

We had a fabulous stay at The Tin Train. We needed a quiet, relaxing break and this was exactly what we got. Our accommodation was so cute, clean, homely, comfortable and private. The Tin Train inspired us to visit the local North Norfolk Railway where we bought a Rover ticket for unlimited travel for one day. The volunteers were so friendly and informative and I had my very first ride on a steam train. Lovely memories were made with my husband on my first break following my retirement. Thank you Humphrey!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the view across the marshes stunning. It’s right on the estuary front yet so easy to have all the amenities of Wells on the doorstep. Highly recommend. Not sure you could find a better spot in North Norfolk. We will definitely come back, thank you for such a wonderful stay!
