Vacation rentals with a patio in The Solent

Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

Check in was easy with Donnys clear instructions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. It was easy to walk to the beach and not far from the restuarants and shops. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful accommodation with stunning views - hope to return again. Highly recommend. Jemma was great.

It is the perfect spot to explore the New Forest and visit Paultons Park. The apartment was spotlessly clean, easy to find, quiet and welcoming. Host was helpful at recommending local places to go out for a meal, which was helpful.

Perfect Stay. Very comfortable and large accommodation in a beautiful & quiet setting. Had everything there that we needed. A lovely welcome hamper waiting for us. We had no complaints at all and we are looking forward to staying again.

The place was absolutely immaculate! Had absolutely everything we needed. Great location, not too close to hustle and bustle and only 7 minutes drive to the seafront. Hot tub was a lovely bonus! Hosts were amazing and very helpful. Would book this place over and over again!

I rather loved my stay here in Southsea, opposite Ravelin Park, and close to so many attractions. Portsmouth Museum is just across the road, the seaside about 10 mins walk, the Historic Dockyard and gunwharf not much further. The apartment itself had all facilities and appliances anyone might want. It was clean, warm and fairly quiet, considering the busy traffic. The wifi, telly worked fine. I prefer the lockbox for the key too. All in all, quite perfect. I would happily stay there again.

Such a lovely stay and beautiful accommodation. Mandy and Michael were very responsive and answered all the questions I had. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

It was a lovely place, a very good wide space for everyone to enjoy the evenings in. Lovely location for our needs with a very responsive host to answer all questions we had. Will 100% recommend.

Great place to stay! Just a short drive and/or walk to everything you need. There is parking available, too. Despite being in the same building as the hosts, you don’t even notice and it is much more private than the other “flat-shares” in the area as you have your own designated space! Matt is very communicative and a great host. Would stay here again definitely!

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! We had such a wonderful time at Rob's place in Elmer. The beach is on your doorstep with the most beautiful blue water! There are plenty of places to eat and drink both within walking distance and a short drive. Rob was fantastic with communication and also with recommendations on places to visit - we highly recommend taking a beach walk to Felpham and stopping for lunch at the Lobster Pot or taking another beach walk in the opposite direction for a roast at the Black Horse! The place itself was comfortable and clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Spent a fantastic couple of nights in Tina's lovely studio. Part of a stunning contemporary property in a quiet area but close enough to central Salisbury for those who want to visit. Equally stunning is the garden with the chalkstream River Nadder at its limit. Well equipped kitchen and very pleasantly appointed living accommodation. If you absolutely forced me to suggest any improvements all I could say is; maybe a bigger TV screen?! But with the garden and the surrounding sights to visit you probably won't be watching much TV anyway! Tina was an exemplary host. One of the best UK Airbnb's I've stayed in for sure. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a beautiful apartment absolutely perfect for a couple. It’s ground floor which made it extremely accessible. All is exactly as described with the views being out of this world.

Carolyn, myself and mally the labrador had a great week , very peaceful, sitting on the patio watching the ships sail past. Bryce was very helpful, and lives on site , if a problem was to arise. The accommodation was spacious spotless and well equipped.

Paul and Tracy were fantastic hosts and were super friendly and responsive. They greeted us as we arrived and showed us around and made us feel at home. The property was pristine and had all the amenities you would need. There were so many little personal touches and made the whole experience feel that much more special. Was perfect for a quiet break away from busy city life and was exactly what we needed. We would strongly consider staying here again! Many thanks again!

We stayed for the weekend, the place was very clean and spotless, we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and she was always responsive and helpful. My kids loved the chocolate eggs too

What an amazing place to stay. The apartment was ultra clean and cosy with everything you could possibly need provided. This was our first Airbnb stay and I think that this has set the bar really high!

We had a wonderful stay at The Turret Apartment. The check in was smooth and it was a huge bonus that we were allowed an early check in. Louis was always super helpful in his communication. The apartment was clean and modern which we loved. Our kids were obsessed with their bedroom! The kitchen was small but had everything we needed as we did cook and eat in a few evenings. The apartment was in a great location as we could walk to the beach. We spent a whole day down there which was wonderful. We ate at Flamingos which is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. We would highly recommend - the food was delicious! We also walked along the beach to Bournemouth one evening to eat at The Stables - incredible pizza! It took us about 40 minutes to walk (with kids!) which we thought was great. Also went to Boscanova (walking distance again!) for breakfast - amazing! The apartment was also close to Moors Valley which we enjoyed. We would definitely recommend this place for families!
