Liz the manager of the property was lovely, she made us feel very welcomed. Definitely recommend staying here if you come to palomino.

Roy was very welcoming and friendly. Quieter than other homes, not being on the main street. However, I was always lost in finding the right path. You can hear when the cabin next door gets up and the hosts talk to each other next door, which can be a little disturbing early in the morning. Persistent damp smell in the cabin and bathroom when it is not hermetically sealed (spaces where air passes).

Lorena was one of the best parts of our trip. The hostel itself was incredible, and she was always, always attentive to everything we needed. We personally thank her for one of the best trips of our lives. Had an amazing massage, went for an adventurous kayak trip and even a Photoshoot. If you're looking for a unique option with great energy, this is it. We recommend giving Lore a well deserved raise or tip ;)

We loved our stay at Casa Rosa de Casa Chapolin! The staff were lovely, the location and place were beautiful, the bungalow was impeccable. Breakfast was excellent and you could have it until 10 a.m., which is rare. Thank you Casa Chapolin!
