Vacation rentals with a fireplace in The Hills Shire Council

This house is very beautiful and there is a lot of room on the grounds and in the house itself. The attached granny flat area is great especially for anyone seeking a little more privacy from the main house. It’s got a nice big kitchen for preparing food too. The sauna and pool are a nice bonus. The house and grounds do need a little fixing, general maintenance and tlc as it is an older house. Some things were broken or didn’t work but they weren’t a major concern to us. We still felt very comfortable and at home here .

Amazing views, very responsive and helpful host. Spa bath was amazing to relax and unwind. Just not any utensils if you want to do your own cooking but that was fine. Gifts upon arrival for breakfast was lovely, would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing getaway!

We stayed at Kingsview for our annual ladies' weekend and absolutely loved it! The house had everything we needed and more—spacious, beautifully appointed, and designed for both comfort and convenience. With four bathrooms and lots of beds, it easily accommodated our group, making our stay even more enjoyable. Larissa, the host, had thought of every little detail—even down to plenty of fresh ice! The location was stunning, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and reconnect. Highly recommend Kingsview, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Phil’s place. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The place itself is spacious and well appointed but still with a homely and relaxed feel. Phil was super friendly and helpful too. I’d highly recommend a stay if you’re looking for a relaxing, secluded and peaceful getaway.

I cannot rate Leah and her air bnb highly enough! She is an incredibly welcoming and kind host with two very beautiful and sweet cats that my partner and I became really fond of during our stay. Every morning waking up to the birds singing and the sun shining was amazing. We felt so happy each day spent here and everything Leah did for us made this truly memorable. I cannot wait to return one day and catch up with our wonderful host, her cute cats and the farm that holds a special place in our hearts. 10/10 Leah, Harry and Jay Jay; thank you and your cats so much

Multiple stays here and have no problem in simply checking availability when I need to be in this area. House is beautifully furnished, super clean and is a very relaxing atmosphere. Xenia is a great communicator.

Great place for my team. Clean spacious and amenities were great. We only stayed at the property in the evening after work but non the less it was a great home to be in. Host is helpful and accomodating.

a truely rare gem of a listing, 100% worth a stay

loved our stay here. The owners were really responsive even to 11pm messages. the location was perfect for our family getaway. I felt very central, the location to me was perfect with the city being 15min drive and most tourist attractions were no morethan 20min drive. there was a train station accross the rd and anamazing coffee in front of the apartment the coffee there were 10/10. the apartment was clean, shampoo full bottle size, towels all provided and washer and dryer. lounge room was a good size there were 6 of us travelling and catered us perfectly. only con is street parking and had to constantly move the car. other con was initially finding the apartment was difficult the apartment is located on a main rd so entry to the apartment is accessed off another street. once familiar to the area you will have no issue.

once again I had a wonderful time here. Peter makes that even more possible with the help he provides to make sure everything goes smoothly. everything was as described with the property.

Fantastic location with stunning views of the ocean. Loved having direct access to the water, a short stroll to the shops & restaurants & waking up to the amazing views.

Old building but a great and comfortable place to stay. Lovely host, everything was as described. Close to all amenities. We had a good stay. It is on the 3rd floor without lifts so you have to walk up the stairs resulting in good exercise. Overall very happy.

This place is as what it is described. It is close to Tramsheds (with nice restaurants). I just wanted to point out that the building is on a steep road so it is advisable to stop at the back street if you are carrying luggage.

The most important thing is that the hostess is quick to respond, friendly, patient, and understanding..and the best thing is that it is only 3 minutes away from the train station, buses, and shops. Add one minute to cross the station and you will be in the middle of the largest market. You will need 3 days to complete your tour. And it is only a few minutes away from neighborhoods crowded with restaurants, shops, stores, and people. In short, it is a great location.I would like to add that the apartment is new and each room has air conditioning and everything you need.
