The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location and still ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and great views of the mountains. WiFi, flat screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within easy walking distance. A hospitable tavern, bakery and supermarket are close by. Happy to provide insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

Το διαμέρισμα 80τ.μ που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο της οικίας μου στα Λιμενάρια της όμορφης Θάσου(περιοχή Άρμενο).Απέχει 200 μέτρα από οργανωμένη παραλία.Πρόκειται για έναν πλήρως λειτουργικό χώρο,κατάλληλο να φιλοξενήσει μια πολυμελή οικογένεια. Το εσωτερικό αποτελείται από μια σαλονοκουζίνα,2 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Διαθέτει:ΤV,wifi,πλυντήριο,ψυγειοκαταψύκτη,κλιματισμό και ανεμιστήρες οροφής. To μπάρμπεκιου λειτουργεί κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

The interior spaces are bright and tastefully decorated in tones of white. There are two bedrooms with double king size beds and two ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space area with amazing sea views. There is a bakery in the neighborhood and a supermarket within walking distance. Καλωσορίσατε στο σπίτι μου! Μια μικρή όαση ηρεμίας και άνεσης στην καρδιά της πόλης. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται λίγα λεπτά περπάτημα από το κέντρο της Θάσου. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχει επίσης φούρνος και σουπερ μάρκετ.

A cheerful apartment with an excellent location, just a minutes walk to the beach, situated on a small hill offering magnificent views of the bay of Golden Beach. The apartment has two double beds. There is a small sofa in the living which could sleep one small child if necessary. There is a spacious private veranda where you can eat, drink and relax surrounded by the incredible nature Thassos has to offer.

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Tzaneti House is a modern space located in Limenas, Thassos, only 300 meters from the nearest beach, Ai Vasilis, and 1.5 km from the city center. It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.
