Meyllelys's place was *perfect* for our couples getaway! The Airbnb is only a couple of minutes off of I-35, but feels quite secluded and woodsy. There is a nearby house, but there's enough distance to where you needn't worry about privacy or noise. The Airbnb was lovely and clean, with plenty of space for the four of us to spend a fun afternoon and evening and to sleep well in the comfortable beds. Also, the AC was very effective in keeping the place cool on a day that felt like a hundred degrees. The tree swing and the ping pong table and the basketball hoop in the front yard were all fun touches! The only couple of *minor* issues were the lack of real sugar packets for coffee (there were only artificial sweeteners) and the lack of a stopper for the bathtub. However, I have no doubt that Meyllelys will have these on hand for future renters. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a nice place to stay. It has been renovated with a cute and homey feel. Everything was clean and comfortable with quality beds and kitchen appliances. The ping-pong/sunroom is a nice addition to feel like there is extra lounging space. We had a brief, minor issue with the AC that the host was very quick to respond and resolve that same evening.

Loved being here! It’s a beautiful property, even on the rainy days you can just sit in the deck and watch the storms. Super close to lake Murray. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking. It’s they perfect place for families who want to enjoy the lake. We were able to go play at the lake and come back for meals and naps because it’s less than 10 minutes away. We plan on coming back since just being on the property is both relaxing and fun and it’s so close to the lake.

The place was identical to the photos even more beautiful, a super clean and cozy house but above all with a lot of peace and away from everything and equipped with everything you need to spend a good vacation, without any noise it is a perfect place, I loved it and fell in love, without a doubt we will return many more times!🥰🥰🥰

I've gotta be honest. If I were to ever get into hosting an AirBnB property, this property would be what I strive for my unit to be like! We were in town for the Def Leppard concert at Winstar Casino, and we happened across this gem to host us for the night. The unit was so clean and inviting. It had all the amenities that you could ask for and, while it isn't important to others I'm sure, I appreciated the care that was taken in furnishing this unit. Everything complimented each other and it was refreshing that it didn't look like they raided a thrift store to furnish on a small budget. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and easy to follow and the area was very quiet. Thank you so very much for hosting us! Hopefully this unit is available in the future for when we attend other events at Winstar!

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

Had a great family Spring Break. Loved how close this property was to everything. Additionally, the property was very quiet which was great for our family.

We loved our stay here! It was quiet (except for the train which really didn’t bother us), comfortable and a great location. We really appreciated the goodies left for us, especially the cupcakes from her bakery and the milk to put in our provided coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

Me and my 3 sons came for a little fishin trip for us and a perfect R and R for me just to get away from reality for a few days!! We had such a great stay!! Her husband brought us farm fresh eggs and we ate every one of them!! After fishin all day we roamed their acreage and made a fire in the fire pit and all my boys hung out with their dad!! Awesome dog by the name of Max I believe… make sure to get in all the petting and back scratches possible!! Would 10/10 most def love to come back to visit

Awesome place right next to Tanglewood resort and just within walking distance from Lake Texoma. Would recommend staying here over at the resort, with better accommodations, and better value. Had a little hiccup and the host was quick to fix it. Will plan to book here again next year.

We loved this place. We will definitely be booking again. The design inside is warm and welcoming. We had plenty of space and we never felt we were stepping on each other to get around the house. On a great note, the people who own this also own the apartment next door, so when we have all the kids coming with us it's even a nice option to be able to book out both condos. I believe the other condo is called Deja Blue. This area was so peaceful and you are right by the lake. If you are coming for a lake weekend you can't beat the location. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice to have the option and for it to be so close. If you are looking for your next getaway I would highly recommend this place.
