Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr geräumig für 6 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 3 und 11 Jahren). Die Lage ist super - sehr nah zum Strand, Bäckerei, Restaurants, etc.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir durften in der hauseigenen Garage parken, was den Urlaub sehr vereinfacht hat, danke! Man ist in weniger als einer Minute an der Promenade und am Strand. Dort gibt es sehr viele Restaurants. In der Unterkunft fehlt ein Wasserkocher und ein Toaster (steht aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung). Alles super und die Vermieter sind jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. :-)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Wohngebiet. Der Strand ist schnell und gut zu erreichen. Ins Zentrum von Oostende kommt man mit einer Fähre, mit dem eigenen Auto oder mit dem Bus. Leider gibt es noch keinen Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe (es soll aber bald einer öffnen), der nächste Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß (ca. 15 Minuten) oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Dadurch, dass das komplette Wohngebiet teilweise noch gebaut wird, muss man in der Woche mit Baulärm rechnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl und zu Hause. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten sind neu und auch die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich und sauber. Die Dusche ist neu, ebenerdig und groß. Die offene Küche ist ehr klein, aber gut und mit allem ausgestattet. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon. Die vorhandenen Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gehoben. Wir hatten leider nur 4 Tage Zeit, haben diese Zeit aber sehr genossen. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

We had a lovely time there, the apartament is very stylishly decorated, it has everything you need for a holiday, including a washing machine, which is really useful especially when you have kids. It is also very well located, a few minutes drive from shops or the beach, which is not more than 15 min walk anyway. Madam Cauche is lovely, ready to help anytime, she also got involved and was very helpful when we had a problem with our car. We would definitely go there again.

Milo's huis in een rustig straatje vlakbij de zee was zeer gezellig dankzij de open haard, geweldig gerieflijk met een uitstekende keuken, en comfortabel ruim dankzij de drie slaapkamers. aanrader!

We stayed at Frederic’s place for a week - 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog - and absolutely loved it. Frederic was extremely welcoming and there were lots of little touches that really went above and beyond. The house has been done in a clean, contemporary style, but with lots of charming details that give it character. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. There is a private outdoor space with garden furniture for relaxing in the sun. Frederic also left us a wide variety of teas, jams, coffee, and herbs and spices, which was very thoughtful, plus a delicious bottle of local beer! There are lots of useful guides and bus timetables in the house, and Frederic also sent through links to lots of local attractions. We had a great week, and would definitely return!

Chouette petit séjour à la mer. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Patrick qui est très sympathique. La maison est très agréable et bien décorée, on se sent comme chez soi. Il y a de l'espace et il ne manque de rien. Les terrasses et le jardin sont un plus. Ça doit être très agréable en été. Attention aux escaliers qui vont à la chambre du bas car ils sont forts pentus mais c'est un détail. On s'y fait vite. Je recommande ce logement et nous y reviendrons sûrement pour un futur séjour. 😊

The accommodation is excellent, very clean, very comfortable and warm and has everything you could possibly need, top-of-the range furniture, fittings and linen. Also, very tastefully decorated. Alexandre is a phone call away if needed. There is a very good supply of tourist information available and Alexandre also sent links to other places we might like. He sends a very useful video when you book of the short 2 minute walk from the communal car parking area to the property, very useful since there is no parking or drop-off facility at the house itself. Thoroughly recommended

Wat een fantastische ervaring! Ons verblijf in deze Airbnb was werkelijk top. Het huisje was zeer proper, tot in de puntjes verzorgd – je voelde meteen dat hier met liefde gewerkt wordt. De ligging is heerlijk rustig, ideaal om volledig tot rust te komen na een dagje op stap. Toch ligt alles wat je maar wil zien of doen dichtbij: bezienswaardigheden, gezellige restaurants zijn allemaal makkelijk bereikbaar. De vriendelijke uitbaatster verdient ook een speciale vermelding – super gastvrijen je voelt je meteen welkom. Kortom, een echte aanrader.

Very nice house in a very nice location. Great if you like walking in dunes or on the beach. There are also some games and toys for kids. EV-charging around the corner. There were some minor things in the house that needed fixing. I'm sure they will be taken care of by the time you visit.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans le logement proposé par Sandrine et Sébastien. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. Elle correspond tout à fait au descriptif donné sur le site. La météo clémente nous a aussi permis de profiter du jardin clos dans lequel les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité. De plus, Sandrine et Sébastien sont des hôtes très sympathiques, réactifs et arrangeants. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hébergement et, nous mêmes, reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente à nouveau.

We hebben een paar nachten verbleven in Hélène haar mooie appartement. Zeer naar onze zin gehad. Het is gezellig ingericht en je kunt er genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Mocht je niet van felle lampen houden, neem dan even eigen sfeerverlichting mee. Het was er zeer schoon. Complimenten voor het mooie appartement! Hélène is een fijne gastvrouw die snel en adequaat reageert. Parkeren is wel een beetje lastig in de wijk. Van april t/m oktober kun je niet voor het huis parkeren. Zeer aan te raden om hier te verblijven!

Die Wohnung von Ines ist perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt als Familie mit Kindern, die Nähe zum Strand und Meer sind überragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt mit Randy (vor Ort) war immer sehr höflich, respektvoll und hilfsbereit.

A fabulous stay in Dunkerque. The apartment is so spacious. We are a family of 6. 4 adults 2 children. It was perfect. The beds are very comfortable. The location is fabulous. Close to the town for the French markets and close to the harbour and square. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Dunkerque.
