We love love loved our stay here! By far the most beautiful space we stayed in on our two week trip to Italy and had everything you need to make you feel right at home. The hosts were so responsive, helpful and understanding when we had delays and were always quick to answer any questions we had about the apartment. The building was beautiful, and peacefully tucked away on Giudecca, which was nice to get a break from the crowds at the end of long travel and sightseeing days. There are some really great restaurants on the island itself, but also a quick vaporetto ride to the more touristy areas. Highly recommend this beautiful place if you're looking to take your stay in Venice to the next level, we would love to come back!

It’s the first time we had been to an Airbnb and were pleasantly impressed! The Views on Venice apartment is fantastic! Everything was wonderful and we especially loved watching the gondolas passing past our bedroom window when we woke up! So relaxing ☺️ The block of apartments are beautiful which we saw when going to do our washing which was in the top floor! Our apartment was on the ground floor so gave us a chance to see whole block when going to the top floor! Couldn’t have chosen a better location as right in the middle of everything- lots of lovely restaurants and shopping. Food was yummy and you must try the cicchetti, little local snacks. Thanks you, We will return

We had a wonderful time. The Location between Giardini and Arsenal is excellent. There is a very nice book shelf with a lot of Art Books in the Apartment.

We had a great time at this apartment in Venice. The accommodation is very clean, perfectly located, and really well-equipped, it has all the necessary amenities, including a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. The bus stop to get to Venice is a minute's walk, which makes it much easier to get around. The host was always available, very kind and extremely flexible, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Venice in the best possible conditions!

I love this apartment! It’s so light and airy! Great view to wake up to in the morning overlooking the Guidecca. Also easy to get to with Vaporetto or walking. Highly recommended!

First of all Roberta is a Superhost in all departments! From great communication to meeting us at the water bus to take us to the apartment all our dealings with Roberta were first class. The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It is in a great location between the Rialto bridge and St Marks square and is very quiet. We were thinking of getting a vaperetto pass but Roberta said she always walked everywhere without any problem so we did the same and really glad we did it as we saw so much - not just the main attractions. This apartment is great so don't hesitate to book it.

This apartment was perfect for our trip! it had everything we needed, was clean and tidy and was in walking distance to local attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. I highly recommend renting Fabio's apartment! He was helpful when we had questions and responded quickly!

Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

Pamela's property was excellent. It was beautiful and clean and suited the needs for my wife and I and our 16 year old daughter. We were able to walk to all the sites and had nearby restaurants, pharmacy, market, etc. Pamela was kind and responsive and an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience in our tenure! The memories we made will last us a lifetime and the host was the most helpful and responsive we have ever interacted with. This slice of history you get to stay in is amazing and elegant.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It was a nice apartment, with all possible amenities. Maybe a bit smaller than could be expected by the photos, but the patio was fantastic on sunny days. The coded lock was a great feature - no need to worry about keys. The neighborhood is one of the best for staying in Venice if one comes to the Biennale.

Incredible beautiful place, at the right location, and the most amazing hosts. Location: it is located more in a quieter and I’m assuming residential places in Venice - which is super good as the tourists hotspots are way too loud. The location is easily accessible from anywhere to anywhere. Has a lot of eateries around too. The house itself is straight out of a dream. Super pretty and well maintained and was sufficient for the 3 of us. Hosts: the hosts were always super responsive! Very clear in their communications and always super understanding. Thanks Christina for checking us in even though it was super late. Monica responded super late night in an instant when I had an issue - and resolved in quickly! Cleanliness - 10/10 Amenities - 10/10 Not sure if I missed on anything, but overall it was a great experience to live here while we were in Venice. Thanks Monica, Cristina and team!

Barbara’s place is an ideal stay for Venice. It is tucked away so you’re not in the busiest areas, but still close enough where everything is walkable. We slept really well and enjoyed the unique bathrooms. Would recommend staying here!!

Very nice apartment, spacious and clean, it had all the basics for cooking, they left us complimentary water that in other more expensive apartments they didn't leave anything, Manuela is very kind and always responds quickly, very comfortable beds, everything was amazing.

This is a pure gem in the very heart of Venice. It’s a classic Airbnb, not an emptied apartment, and that only adds to the charm. It is just perfect, and I can only hope I will find it available when I want to return to Venice.

Lu's team was extremely hhelpful! Erika met us at the boat drop off and helped us get to the place. She showed us around and made wonderful recommendations! They were also super responsive with other questions I had about transportation after the fact. The condo is beautiful. Kitchen has everything you need. 10/10 would rent again.

This is a really nice airy and spacious apartment with all the facilities one might need for a long stay. Whilst convenient and central, the street was also very peaceful and quiet.

We had a great time! The hosting was perfect, with a very friendly, available and warm host. The accommodation is exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable and very accessible. The mosquito nets installed on all windows are a real plus, especially in summer. We also greatly appreciated the clear and accurate information provided on access to Venice, which allowed us to organize our visits well. Small bonus very much appreciated: a nice welcome gift upon arrival! We would highly recommend this place to stay.

Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. During our stay we visited Venice, Bolzano, Belluno, Asolo, Vichenza and Padua. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay! Thanks Monica!

This was a great place to call home! The apartment is away from the bustle of central Venice in a wonderful neighborhood - and *very* close to the biennale exhibits. It is very well appointed and impeccably clean. Silvia was our host, and she communicated kindly and clearly in advance of our arrival, greeted us at the vaporetto stop and introduced us to the apartment with great detail. Her recommendations were spot on, and above all she is enthusiastic, kind and has a great sense of humor. Grazie Mille for such a wonderful home base in Venice.
