We stayed there 2x (1 night each). The last time we had not arrived until 10 pm due to traffic jams, on the way I had no internet connection so I could not inform Francis. Upon arrival, we were still able to enter, and while we arrived 3 hours later than expected, there was a lot of understanding. We got all the time the morning after to sleep out and were even allowed to check out later if we needed this. We even got a bread before we left! We have really been able to enjoy the tranquility and hospitality, thank you again!

Very nice accommodation, very well renovated and furnished/equipped. Indeed the accommodation is unusual, it is a former EDF transformer. Many hikes are to be done around. There were 2 of us and the accommodation was perfect for our stay of a few days. Loïc and Marlène made it very easy to access and vacate the accommodation. Thank you for this trip

If you are looking for a stay in the immediate vicinity of nature, in a very quiet location and in an original old style house, you are in the right place with Anne Sophie. The house is where the street stops – no traffic, just tranquility. And right outside the door, you can go into the forest. And after the hike, you can make yourself really comfortable by the wood stove and enjoy the evening. The communication with Anne Sophie was very fast. Although she was not on site, she always responded kindly and effectively to our requests, so we could clearly feel her presence and helpfulness. The description of the house on the website exactly matches reality. Thank you Anne Sophie!

The house is beautiful and invites you to a cozy get-together. The adults, as well as the children, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. There is everything you need in the house. Includes bed linens and bath towels. Even a small supply of drinking water was provided. Communication with Isabelle was straightforward and fast. Earlier check-in was hassle-free. The web description sent was also helpful, as the navigation system did not show the location exactly. We had a great time and would be happy to recommend the chalet.

Very attractively decorated house where everything has been thought of. Salt, pepper, tea, coffee, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags. Washing machine, dishwasher blocks. Very large garage for all road bikes and within 3 km on the balloon d'alsace

Beautiful accommodation, well appointed and impeccably clean. A fire in the chimney was waiting for us when we arrived, really nice. The bedding is really very good. 3 spacious and very nice bedrooms, with TV in each. Everything was fine in this place, you felt right at home. The neighborhood is very quiet too. Eric is a very welcoming and responsive host.

Very well equipped accommodation, the rooms had the beds made on arrival with towels available on them . Very clear and practical instructions for the key box and for unfolding the sofa bed . Just to specify one of the bedrooms is in the basement so with stairs but otherwise everything was fine , no complaints . I would highly recommend.

We had a great two-night stay at this stunning Airbnb. The accommodation is very beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean and tidy, everything is designed to make you feel good. The hosts are lovely, very available and responsive, which made our check-in and stay much easier. The house is really nice, as described, and everything went wonderfully. We had a lovely stay at Marie and Loïc's who are very welcoming and available. The apartment is spacious, bright and very functional, very well heated too and the stove is really nice in winter. The setting is pretty, as is the area which offers beautiful opportunities for walks, with departure from the cottage for some. A property to remember for a quiet stay in nature.

Arrived a little late, but arrived well with a very warm welcome from the owner. The accommodation is beautiful, everything matches the photos perfectly, it is impeccably clean. Everything is perfect, wonderful! We were able to meet the owner on arrival who is very friendly and very attentive if needed! I would definitely recommend this listing! We'll be happy to go back! 😃

We felt very comfortable in this warm, cosy and well-equipped flat and would recommend it to others. It is also easy to reach by train (20 minutes on foot).

The listing and photos posted by Ludovic are completely true to reality. Ludovic is always reachable, personally I met him only once and it was nice to interact with him otherwise there was no reason to call him because we lacked nothing. The place is great for a few days of outdoor getaways. A perfect little cocoon to unwind. We were very pleasantly surprised by this cozy little place.

Even before our arrival our host was communicative and provided all the information needed. We arrived in the late afternoon and enjoyed the straight forward check in which was explained to us up front. The property is nicely presented with a lot of open space, great natural light due to the large glass doors and amble amenities. The log fire oven is a special treat during a cool evening. The bedrooms are of generous size and the beds comfortable. I also enjoyed the gym which was quite well equipped. The host checked a few times about our wellbeing but we didn’t experience any problems. Overall, the house had all we needed and is situated in a quiet area but not too far from a few local shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to a great host.

We (7 adults, 3 children and 1 dog) had - except for the weather, for which the landlord is not responsible - 3 wonderful days in the house Le Batelier. We were very warmly welcomed, received a tour of the whole house with a nice briefing in the kitchen, TV, etc. We felt right at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, dishes and glasses are also sufficiently available. 3 bathrooms - well equipped - 4 toilets, 5 bedrooms - with enough room for clothes, etc. - and everything very clean! On the day of departure, André - as agreed - was there on time at 10 am. We highly recommend this place!!!

We traveled with our two little girls (1&3) plus my in-laws. It was such a blessing for us parents to not bring bags of toys and kids stuff. There where many books, toys etc. for our girls. They also loved just laying on the net and read their books. It’s such a cosy place to stay. There is also lots of space to have your introverted time. We where also very well taken care of and had always someone to cantact if we needed help. We sure will be back. Thanks for everything.

The house is very charming and lived in. Room for everyone and the garden is very convenient for children's outdoor games. The surroundings also give a sense of tranquility with walks in the countryside. A few kilometers away you can visit the beautiful chapel of Notre-Dame du Haut by Le Corbusier in Ronchamps. One more must for staying at Bruno's.

Charming old spacious house, beautifully renewed for comfort. If you love the feel of a "maison ancienne" this villa will provide the full experience. Everything was right as in pictures and as described. We spent a week in Christmas and truly enjoyed the winter look of the Vosges, had snow to (mountain) ski in a nearby station and enjoyed the sauna in the evenings. The hosts are wonderful and kind. We came with 4 dogs and Evita&Allan did not charge any fee (the yard is safely closed for them to run around). There was a big folder full of detailed local recommendations (activities, restaurants etc). I really recommend staying here and would definitely book again without hesitation. Thank you for the beautifully set xmas tree! :)
