This private little cottage is separate to the main house and has its own entry, driveway and parking spots and BBQ area This elegant accommodation features two serene beautiful bedrooms, one equipped with a new King Size Bed and the other with a new Queen Size Bed all with luxurious bed linen. The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by Oct 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

Completely renovated. Stylish, easy casual living with ocean glimpses from living area and ocean views from the top floor. Located opposite Wiltshire Park and is only a 400 metre stroll to the sands of Palm Beach and local cafes. Family friendly. Fully renovated including 4 brand new bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. All 3 bedrooms on the top floor have aircon. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas.

This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin.
