Everything is great! I am delighted with the place, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more. Fully comfortable kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom. Everything is super! The apartment is very cozy and beautiful. Everything is working, clean and tidy. The location is right in the heart of the city. Separately, I want to note Alexey as an incredibly responsive and responsible host. I was always intouch and responsive to my requests. This is the best place I've rented. Just a good experience. I intend to return to the city and rent the apartment again, for sure, long-term. Thank you Alexey for your hospitality. I felt like I was in home. ❤️

My friends and I were very happy with our stay in such a nice, clean and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable night. Also, there were no problems with check-in - everything is easy and without complex organizations in a limited period of time. Free breakfast in Karma coffee is a super bonus. The only caveat is that it is only for two, so if you plan to stay a bigger company, be aware. Ah, and also a musical column without bluetooth, but these are already nuances) The place is cool - I recommend it.
