Vacation rentals with a patio in Termini

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

Excelente estancia!! La ubicación del departamento es inmejorable: muy cerca de la estación de tren (ideal para llegar desde Roma o visitar Pompeya, el Vesubio, etc.) y a pocos pasos de las calles peatonales del centro, muy fácil para ir caminando a todos lados. El departamento es amplio, cómodo, con una cocina super equipada y todo impecable. Italo fue un anfitrión excelente, siempre atento a nuestras consultas y muy fácil de coordinar con él. Sin duda, lo recomiendo!

Un excelente apartamento para hospedarte en Napoles, quiza no es tan centrico pero tiene varias rutas de bus que te llevan a los sitios turisticos, tambien puedes llegar caminando en unos 20 minutos al metro. Muy atento Antonio y muy comodo su airbnb, gracias!

Das Appartement von Regina hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu. Die Betten sind extrem bequem und mit sehr angenehmer Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, man hört keinen Lärm- wir haben himmlisch geschlafen! Die Bäder sind toll, wir haben die Whirlpool Wanne mit dem fantastischen Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen. Es hatte auch ausreichend warmes Wasser - was unserer Erfahrung nach nicht selbstverständlich ist! Regina hat uns dann noch einen kleinen Aufschub für den Check out gegeben! Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen!

The hosts were responsive from the moment we booked. They and their lovely mum were very proactive at our check-in as we needed some help. Their kindness at a time of need was really appreciated. They were also in touch to check we were OK. If you are travelling alone in Salerno, I think this couple make you feel like you have family in Salerno. The place was spotless and stocked well, more than expected from an Airbnb. We wish we could have stayed longer. The outside seating is well thought out and great for sunny days. Very secure building. 10mins from the heart of the city and 5 mins from the beach. It was a very convenient spot and bus from station stops and picks up from outside the apartment. Very convenient. Lo Spaghetto restaurant is our recommendation for excellent customer service to customers with varied diets and amazing food. Enjoy your stay here.

Really great flat to experience Naples, with many of the sights in walking distance. Amazing view over the piazza and plenty of restaurants & bars nearby. Super clean and spacious - it was perfect to relax in after a day of strolling through the city. Mark & Francesca were great hosts and we really appreciate their flexibility with checking-in and the option to drop bags off early.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is perfect for two couples. The hot tub is an amazing perk after a day walking Positano. The hosts are helpful, met us at the door, helped with luggage, and called a restaurant on our behalf. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

we stayed in Villa Guli in Sant Agata, it is a clean well equipped house, all on one level, with three large double bedrooms with plenty of storage for clothes. the living area is large with a large dining table and comfortable seating Outside is a wide terrace with comfortable seating and outside cooking facilities and the garden is lovely, filled with lemon trees and there is a hot tub the property is in walking distance of the town centre, with plenty of high quality restaurants including the two Michelin starred Don Alfonso restaurant and next door to an excellent restaurant highly recommend and it is easy driving distance to Sorrento, Positano and Nerano and 90 minutes from Naples Airport Francesco and colleagues were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay thanks for a lovely stay 😊

Imara and her dad are great hosts. The house is spacious and worth the walk up to the house. Especially the terrace is amazing Imara is very responsive and made us feel at home with all her local tips

Had a great stay here. Amazing views, easy access to town (although requires some fitness to go up stairs like much of Positano), easy check in, and sufficiently equipped kitchen to cook meals at home is you’re looking to avoid expensive restaurants.

House so nice,clean,modern,luxury. when look outside of building little but scared. but don't worry Mr. Constantino he will bring you the palace. he so kind, looks napoli gangsta but so warm and goodman. very good explain for Napoli. house also just front of supermarket. pizza. tram, metro to center napoli. near house everything under control by his name. hope next time Napoli 100% back to here. add/ metro station you can buy inside metro. bcuz there is no ticket machine, so controller give you ticket without penalty. 지하철역 바로앞, 슈퍼바로앞, 음식점들 가깝고 나폴리 조금 외곽 동네는 거시기해보이지만 그냥 일반주민들 오래된동네라 서로 다들 아는지인들 아저씨집주인 인상과달리 겁나 착함 지하철(기차역처럼 생김) 안에서 타면 매표원이 와서 표끊어줍니다. 발권기없는 역이라 페널티 안물고 그냥 기본 요금 카드나 현금 가능

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

The building is in a central location, close to the city center, but the apartment is very quiet and sunny. We had a very good stay

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Napoli grazie a questo splendido appartamento e al suo host impeccabile. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è ideale per visitare la città, ma ciò che lo rende davvero speciale è l’atmosfera unica che si respira nel cuore pulsante di Napoli. Un ringraziamento speciale va all’host, che è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ci ha accolti con calore e ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. È evidente che mette passione e cura in ciò che fa, e questo fa davvero la differenza. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere Napoli in un contesto autentico

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

Siamo stati davvero come a casa nostra. L'appartamento é pulito e davvero accogliente. Fornito di tutto quanto serve. Giacomo è molto più che gentile, ci ha consigliato sul modo migliore per raggiungere l'appartamento (non vorrei scriverlo per non farlo passare per un servizio incluso ma ci é venuto a prendere in stazione e ci riaccompagnato il giorno della partenza). Ci ha fornito indicazioni sui servizi e i ristoranti nei dintorni. Sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Il miglior airbnb dove mi sia capitato di abitare. Grazie

Really close to historic center. Great eating and drinking. We loved visiting Pompeii, which was easy by train. The apartment had many stairs, good for walking off the pizza! Bed was comfy, and we appreciated being able to sit on the terrace.

Siamo stati due notti in questa struttura, trovandola accogliente, pulitissima, spaziosa e tranquilla, semplicemente perfetta per le nostre esigenze, ricca di ogni utensile e cosa che ci potesse servire per il nostro soggiorno. Molto carino e ben curato il giardino che permette di passare piacevolissime giornate all’aria aperta, anche questo ben attrezzato con tavoli, sedie, amache e barbecue. La nota migliore però è stato il servizio e la disponibilità/gentilezza che ci sono state offerte, partendo da Ciro che si è reso sempre più che disponibile ed attivo nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda o richiesta, passando per il resto del suo staff, tra cui suo padre Antonio che con premura, come quasi fosse una coccola ci ha riservato il miglior servizio disponibile, cioè il rapporto umano. Persone stupende ed una struttura di livello sono il connubio che si trova in questo B&B.
