Sonia and Paulo have invested so much time, energy and love into Villa Clelia. Together they have shaped it into a magical paradise where the weary traveller can relax in elegant comfort. No detail has been left untouched from the stylishly equipped and spacious accommodation with its al fresco dining patio to the splendid garden and pool area where majestic olive trees stand proud in a sea of closely cropped green lawn, and where aromatic jasmine cascades down the wall to the shimmering swimming pool, lit up like a film set with lanterns at night and blessed with birdsong by day. Sonia and Paulo are the world's perfect hosts. Charming, friendly, attentive and super helpful. They will guide you in whatever direction your interests lie, whether that be in the beautiful cultural and historical villages and towns in the area, the long uninterrupted beaches and bars of the coast, or hiking in the Aspromonte National Park. The local food is delightful whether you eat out or in. Heaven.

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Das Ferienhaus von Francesco ist toll am Hang des Ätna gelegen mit Terrassenblick nach Nord-Osten. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen schönen Blick über die Weinfelder und ins Tal von Linguaglossa. Man kann dort wirklich seine Ruhe genießen und es gibt zwei Restaurants, die in Fußnähe sind. Ein Mietwagen ist dennoch zu empfehlen um die tolle Umgebung (Ausflug zum Ätna - 16km, Strand südlich von Naxos - ca 20km, Taormina (große Empfehlung) - ca 30km, Schlucht von Alcantara - ca 20km und und und) ausgiebig zu erkunden. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus für bis zu 4 Personen mit toller ruhiger Lage und phantastischer Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Filippo’s home I Scilla is perfectly located atop the very middle of the town between the beach side and fishing village side- with the upper part just above you. It’s a bit of a climb, but this allows a gorgeous view of the sea and coastline below. You are also close to everything you could want to do. There is a lovely balcony outside the door, which that view, and is perfect for taking a break with coffee or a drink in the afternoon or evening. The bathroom is very nice and modern. Main bedroom is nice and big with a comfy bed. The kitchen is medium sized, with enough space to cook if you want to. The town was a real favorite for us. We spent 2 days at the beach at our favorite lido- so easy and relaxing. The fishing village has some real gems, including a natural wine bar with the friendliest owner and a wine/food bar next door to the natural one, that was absolutely delicious. There are many restaurants with dining areas literally on the water, which was very different and fun

Anoeta's place is a paradise on earth. Beauty, peace and space. It is a completely stress free environment that you Will never Forget. We are going to come back for sure.

This place was very relaxing and exactly as it was described, if not better. The jacuzzi was so nice and relaxing. The space was clean and filled with useful amenities like an Amazon Alexa for music and two smart TVs. The location is also right in the middle of the historic district. We ate a restaurant literally right next door. Overall, super nice!

4 Wochen Meeresrauschen mit unserer 1-Jährigen Tochter. Die Terrasse direkt am Meer ist beeindruckend, die Sonnenuntergänge traumhaft. Remote Arbeit: Videocalls etc. haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Tolle Babyausstattung: Vom Hochstuhl bis Babybett, Spielzeug war alles da. Gemütliche Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, saubere Badezimmer. Der kleine Strand um die Ecke (2 Minuten) war perfekt! Besonders mit Baby praktisch und auch das flache Wasser war super. Tipp: Mit Baby ist ein Restaurantsbesuch häufig nur zu früherer Uhrzeit möglich. Hier öffneten fast alle erst um 19/19:30 - doch bei „Moby Dick“ an der Promenade gab es auch ab 18 Uhr Pizza, die für uns völlig ausreichend war. Sonst sehr lecker: „Trattoria Ercolino“. Alle Menschen in Pizzo waren extrem kinderfreundlich! Auto ist von Vorteil, einmal haben wir den Zug nach Tropea genommen, was auch sehr gut geklappt hat. Maria war extrem gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für die schöne Zeit , wir kommen wieder!❤️

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Besonders der Ausblick vom Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Giulia und Marco waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns direkt bei Anfragen geholfen.

Armando and Luisa’s place is so beautiful. It’s a perfect location for exploring the town of Taormina, very close to the cable car for beach access, and just across the road from the bus terminal. The views are exceptional and Armando and Luisa made us feel like home. They are so responsive and always available for anything you need. Would absolutely stay here again

Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft war Ende Mai etwas überraschend da man durch einen kleinen Bach fahren muss um ans Ende der Straße zu gelangen. Auch die Einfahrt in die kostenlose Tiefgarage ist etwas holprig und es empfiehlt sich das Auto vorher oben bei dem Appartement zu entladen falls es keine hohen Reifen hat. Aber einmal angekommen ist die Unterkunft wirklich tadellos mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Man hört nachts das Meer rauschen und kann bedenkenlos bei offenen Fenster schlafen. Man kommt vom Apartment auch direkt über eine kleine Treppe zum Strand. Die Unterkunft war eine der saubersten die ich bisher erlebt habe. Auch die leider oft vernachlässigte Mokkakanne zum Kaffee kochen war wirklich sauber. Man erreicht alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch kleine Bäckereien und Geschäfte gut zu Fuß. Da man einen kostenfreien Parkplatz nutzen kann sind auch Ausflüge mit dem Auto immer leicht möglich. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Two couples, English and American, we stayed for 3 nights. The house, garden and terrace are spacious. The terrace is spectacular, overlooking Taormina with views up to Castelmola and across the sea to across to Calabria. Garage parking was included directly across the street. The walk into Taormina is easy. A neighborhood market is a 1-2 minute walk. Castelmola is worth a visit, as is taking the funivia cable car down to the beach. We were sorry our stay wasn't longer.

Staying there was wonderful. We were only a couple, but there were enough rooms for two couples easily. For us, everything was perfect—the view into the theatre (which actually had 3 performances while we were there), the closeness to the walkable city center, and the personal interaction with the gracious, attentive hosts, who live in the same building. There are flights of stairs to the place, and a few interior steps to one of the bedrooms—this was nothing for us, but would not be right for some people. The place is large, well decorated, with amazing lighting, and views. One of the most special places we have been in, and we have traveled a lot.

What a lovely apartment with everything you can think of (comfortable bed, great amenities, quiet and private) and walkable to main town (downslopes) and restaurants. Close to the town’s main supermarket and not to mention the gorgeous view of Mt Etna! There are some stairs (few steps up, then a floor down) to the apartment and walking to town (downslope and back) is about 12-15 min. Great for couple, small family and relax at this lovely artsy apartment with a gorgeous terrace. Not to forget the available parking which is a big bonus at this hilly town with limited parking.

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! It was perfect! Most exceptional for us, since it was our first time in Taormina were the helpful and timely instructions the host provided to us upon arrival as well as during our stay. The unit was extremely clean and well cared for and we had everything we needed! The bed was comfy, the kitchen and bath well-stocked and was very spacious for the two of us. The TV was a smartTV and we were able to load our preferred entertainment. Every morning I enjoyed sitting on the outdoor balcony and listening to the birds and drinking coffee (provided by our host). The alleyway where the unit is located is very quiet and provided a respite from the busy town. The grocery was 2 mins walk away, the parking and the main shopping street 7 mins walk and the sites including the Greek Theatre just 13 mins walk. We are SO thankful for our time at this wonderful place. We would have loved to stay longer! Highly recommend!

Everything from the booking to check in and recommendations was great!!! But the best part was the view. 5 stars…we loved our stay and already want to return

This apartment is in an amazing location right in the centre of Cefalù. The balcony view of the cathedral is truly stunning. Antonio was super responsive and left clear instructions and great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was beautiful - it seems to have been decorated since the photos were taken so there were some differences but great overall.

As we walked into the place, David greeted us with a warm welcome and basic instructions of the place. The snacks and drinks he left in the place for us were scrumptious and the recommended places were flawless. The place was definitely a once in a lifetime experience and anyone visiting Palermo should try it out!

Absolutely loved our stay. Walking distance to the old town and cable car and bus stop. Mini market close but there are lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was wonderful - a piece of paradise - the smell of jasmine as you walk down the paths and trumpet vines full of flowers and the sound of birds. We had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool and the coast and a view to Calabria. Spectacular view at any time of day.

Gosh, what a way to spend a day and night. Sitting in the terraced gardens relaxing and watching the temples, eating a wonderful dinner across the road and then spending the night in the amazing renovated house which had everything. In the morning headed down the path for ten minutes to the temples. We got there right at 8.30 and basically had it to ourselves. Thankyou so much for meeting us and booking the restaurant and having such a wonderful place to stay. Only regret is we only stayed one night. A definite 5 star experience.

LA DOLCE VITA. Dieses Apartment ist einfach nur grandios! Wir haben uns hier sofort wohlgefühlt. DIe Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit zahlreichen angenehmen Details versehen. Die Ausstattung ist äußerst umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und dazu ein Ausblick, der wirklich atemberaubend ist! Alles war perfekt sauber und wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Eigentümer empfangen, der sich sehr viel Mühe gab, dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlen. Wie sich wenig später zeigte, waren selbst die Restaurant-Empfehlungen ein Volltreffer. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Andrea für einen traumhaft schönen Aufenthalt in seinem Objekt.

We absolutely loved this apartment and wished we could’ve stayed longer! The view from the upper deck was spectacular. It was a very spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities you could need for your stay. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Maria was very proactive with messages about parking and check in which was extremely helpful. She checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. It is in a great location close to the main streets of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

They say perfect is impossible. Here Maria, the host, has achieved the impossible. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well, we had a great time relaxing and looking out at the boats. Maria was incredibly hospitable, with a flexible check in and also providing information on the area. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable stay!
