Modern, comfortable place to stay. Clean, cozy, warm. Nearby is a wonderful park, large supermarkets. The public transport stop is also nearby. The hostess is very considerate and responsive. The disadvantages include: a non-functional third bed and the fact that it is advisable to have two different blankets on a double bed.

My friends and I were very happy with our stay in such a nice, clean and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable night. Also, there were no problems with check-in - everything is easy and without complex organizations in a limited period of time. Free breakfast in Karma coffee is a super bonus. The only caveat is that it is only for two, so if you plan to stay a bigger company, be aware. Ah, and also a musical column without bluetooth, but these are already nuances) The place is cool - I recommend it.
