这个地方真的是太棒了！我们是一家人过来，第一次体验一户建的房子，大家都觉得很惊讶！房主很友好，回复信息非常及及时。我们住在一个非常安静的住宅区，小街小巷，很有风情。整体的设计也非常的日式，大家晚上都睡得很好，舍不得离开。离市区也很近，交通也很方便，附近有很多亚洲美食，韩国餐厅，日本餐厅，中国餐厅。

It is a good and quiet space with very good location.

ที่พักไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ และบริเวณใกล้เคียงมีLawson เดินทางสะดวก ที่พักกว้างขวางสามารถทำอาหารได้ แต่เรื่องความสะอาดยังมีฝุ่นและสิ่งสกปรกตามซอกมุมของบ้าน ในตู้เสื้อผ้าและใต้เตียงยังมีฝุ่นอยู่มาก ผ้าปูที่นอนค่อนข้างเก่าแล้ว โดยรวมและถือว่าโอเคราคาเหมาะสม

생각보다 집이 작았고 욕실이 1층에만 있어서 조금 불편했지만, 10명이 지내긴 괜찮았어요. 원래 14명이 묵으려고 했는데 14명이 이용했으면 불편했을거 같아요. 친절한 응답, 그리고 깨끗해서 좋았어요

Had a lovely stay at this guesthouse. Place was new and very clean, felt straight at home immediately. Host was very accomodating and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place, will recommend and come back again!

We stayed in Tsuruhashi for 4 nights. We had a hire car which was quite big,an 8 seater but managed to park at Sean’s house with a bit of help from our family guiding. The area is just brilliant close access to the wet market and day street markets was a big bonus. We found acquaintances local Okonomiaki/ izakaya around the corner. We were a group of 5?adults and our 18 month old granddaughter. The facilities were just right. I would only say more pillows for the beds. Otherwise great place great location and great history. If you’re a larger group lots of space to spread out. It’s just far enough away from the main streets to be quiet for a good rest. We found our beds to be comfy and gave us a great nights sleep. 2 toilets being another bonus. Very accessible to Kansai and downtown Osaka. Thanks Sean.

Responsive host. Nice neighbourhood The only downside is that it’s right next to a small railway, so we can hear the train go pass. This is hard for light sleepers.

It was easy to talk with Owner and anytime. Instructions were super clear and reliable, it was a great first experience on mainland Japan.

Beautiful stay. It accommodate our group of six perfectly. The location is a little out of Osaka. You have to take two local trains to get there. Other than that it was fantastic. We loved our experience there. There is shampoo and conditioner in both showers along with other amenities you may need like shower cap, comb etc. thank you for opening up your home to us! Host was responsive and allowed late check out.

매트리스 위 먼지가 좀 많았어서 청결도에선 좀 깍은 별점이지만 숙소 자체는 굉장히 크고 좋았습니다, 저희가 많은 인원이 간거라 걱정 했는데 예약도 도와주시고 숙소도 사용하기 매우 편했습니다, 도보 이용이 용이한 숙소이며 인원이 많다면 추천 합니다!

很不错的民宿，装修的很好，地理位置也很好。

This house itself worked great for our family (5 adults, 5 kids), it was spacious and the kids enjoyed the loft style beds. We also appreciated how close the house was to the train station. It was a bit difficult on the day of arrival as the host wanted to be there to let us in/go over house rules. So it was tricky as we had to take several trains to get there to give an exact time, he seemed a bit impatient in our back and forth communication. Once he gave us all the instructions, it made us uncomfortable to realize that even though we don't share a wall with the neighbors we are still expected to be quiet inside that house. and having very young kids with us and 3 flights of stairs, it added an extra stress. We didn't run into any trouble but my advice is, if you have young noisy kids, perhaps find somewhere else. I also would have appreciated some coffee pods to go with the Nespresso machine. But overall a good stay.

A wonderful stay! The apartment has lots of little spaces that make it seem bigger than it actually is. 3 good bedrooms, including a tatami mat room. Well stocked kitchen, and a good sitting area. The hot tub is the highlight, very relaxing after a long day. Most of all, it is easily positioned to get around the city by train, and especially the EXPO site. It is 15minutes by subway.

Fantastic listing we highly recommend : private house well located near Tengachaya (15min by train from Namba), comfortable bedding, great and new equipment in the whole house (kitchen with all you need, big TV with Netflix, even the bathtub has TV ;-), reactive and helpful host. We really felt like home ! Thanks a lot for this great stay 🙏

Beautiful location! Clean and spacious. Our favorite Airbnb out of the three we stayed in. Modern. Comfortable bedding. Amazing hosts that went way above and beyond. The only warning is that due to the maps application, not the host, the location was a little difficult to find. It’s closest to the Imazoto subway station, minutes away from the Airbnb. Definitely recommend!!

This is a perfect stay for family with kids and elderly! It has a parking lot for 7-seat car which is convenient and there is a park for kids at door. Kids can play and enjoy the sunshine in the park in the morning. The apartment is super new and clean looking much better in real than photos. The location is very convenient with JR Station and big supermarket nearby. We can easily buy breakfast and cook dinner at the apartment. The host is responsive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay and will stay here again when we visit Osaka!

Good location. Quick train ride to downtown. Great for a few days, easy access to transport, and to airport. Host gave good instructions. It was a bit cold upstairs but we used an electric heater that was provided to keep the room warm and moved it downstairs when needed. There was a washing machine but we did not use it. We kept our luggage downstairs instead of moving upstairs as the stairs are steep.

交通方便. 地方大. 房間大和十分乾淨. 8大3小,有足夠房間,不怕交響情人夢：D 有一房比較近車路,有小噪音,但可接受. 附近有donki /food street 可以深夜shopping 和吃喝.
