One room of the condominium was renovated as a hotel. (24.9 ㎡) There is a 1K-style double bed and a sofa bed that can be used as a bed. It is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, etc., and is recommended for long-term use. There are also several convenience stores within a 2-minute walk. Supermarket and Meena Tenjin are also a 3-minute walk. Hakata Ramen ShinShin Tenjin Main Store is also a 2-minute walk.
