Beautiful semi-detached house, on one level with private garden and porch, perfect for romantic getaways, situated in a private and very quiet residential area. There are lots of common areas and a solar-panel heated pool. This apartment has been completely refurbished with a minimalist and modern style. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, LCD 26" TV, and a large wardrobe. Living-room with a 42" LCD TV, home cinema (with option of connecting to a laptop) and a very comfortable sofa. It has an American-style fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and ambient lighting throughout the house. Located in the south of Tenerife with 85% sunny days per year and an average temperature of 25º. 100 meters from the apartment there is a stunning inlet and natural pool, and about 2 kilometers from a protected natural area where you can go hiking, snorkeling, and swim with giant turtles!
