Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Note: The bathroom floor has settled, which means that baths must be taken while sitting in the bathtub

Access to a boat is available for cozy fishing trips or to take a trip along the Helig Å which can be a magical experience. Here you can sit and cozy up both inside by the large panoramic windows or out on the terrace and enjoy the view of the lake. Perfect cottage for fishing or relaxing but still close to Växjö (20 km) where shops and restaurants are located.

Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.
