Great location, host very easy to contact and a great apartment

Lovely, spacious apartment in nice residential neighborhood, 1-1/2 blocks from beach. Fully stocked kitchen, good linen supply, and basic needs in bathroom (shampoo, soap, etc). The building is modern and the apartment has central air conditioning. Apartment is on third floor (counting the ground floor as floor 1), there is no elevator. There is a bomb shelter downstairs. BnBIsrael was responsive to our questions and they checked in on us numerous times, which was thoughtful especially after the Israel-Hamas war started. Though this apartment fulfilled our 5 star expectations, we had to move here from another one managed by BnBIsrael on Ben Yehuda Street near Bograshov St. This place, in a dilapidated building, can only be described as a dump and the AirBnB listing was wildly inaccurate. To their credit, BnBIsrael moved us to the new place almost immediately after we complained. But they never should have misrepresented that apartment on AirBnb in the first place.

An excellent stay at Yoav's place, and a great host. Super nicely designed 2 bedroom with excellent sunlight especially in the afternoon. Great Aircon for the summer, and fans keep the apartment cool. Stocked with all essentials. There is a long term construction project directly outside the apartment, which does add noise, dust, and makes the balcony less enjoyable, but it's quiet at night. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Fantastic apartment for one. The location just off of Sheinkin street is perfect. I've stayed in 5 other locations in Tel Aviv and this area is the best. Shay is very responsive. The furniture and decor are wonderful.

Limor was a wonderful host friendly and immediately responded to any concern or question I had about the property how to get in any qualms I had were easily answered. I came in for my daughter‘s wedding. She went out of her way to book a hair appointment for me gave me several options and prices of local hair salons even gave us great suggestions of places to eat and shop . She was really flexible when I needed to take an extra day and a late check out . I will be recommending her to my friends who are coming in August. The view is spectacular and great location and she was so quick to respond to any issues like ,my son lost the key And she got us a new one a few hours later ! I give a 10 ⭐️ will be back.

Great location, great host, a perfect place to lay your head and get organized to go outside - I guess for a long stay-in situation its a little small.

Great place! Te apartment is very clean and nice With homely atmosphere.. The apartment has everything you need for stay. 4 minutes by walk to the beach and for many restaurants and cafes. Heated pool is great I will come back for sure

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

Great spot to enjoy a beautiful view, great beaches and amazing atmosphere. Host( Yair ) was available and responsive at all times. Instructions were easy and simple everything else was self explanatory. Have fun.

We had an amazing time at Noa’s place at the Ritz. What can I say? It’s got all the luxury of the Ritz, with the pool, sauna, steam room access, the complete hotel vibe, amazing dining, proximity to the beach and surfing, and just an incredible suite. Top notch all around. My 2 year old had a blast and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Noa also made sure we were properly taken care of and made sure to reach out throughout our stay despite the hotel providing everything we needed, which I appreciated.

Amazing apartment in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, to the south is the vibrant Florence neighborhood with so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars, the apartment has sunrises and sunsets, the beautiful Mediterranean is right in front of you, the sea view from every room is amazing!
