I was extremely delighted and satisfied with the house. In addition to everything being very beautiful and clean, Lucas is an extraordinary host. He did everything to make us comfortable. We left wanting to come back and enjoy the space more.

It was a great pleasure to stay on the Tania Maria site for a weekend. We came to produce an event in Viçosa and enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy in the forest area. As a large group (12 people) the house met all our needs and offered a cozy space. Large pool, nice garden and many spacious rooms. Tania also helped with the transportation/van to our group between downtown and the place so we can produce our event smoothly. We thank you very much for your help and kindness during our stay. Would highly recommend!

The farm is beautiful, super well maintained, it was extremely clean and smelt good. Each corner was decorated with great care and whimsy. The garden and barbecue area made all the difference in our stay. The days we were at the farm were rainy, we took the opportunity to enjoy a meal made on the wood stove. We felt at home. 😍

It was excellent our lodging at the bonanza getaway. The space is beautiful, easy location and super quiet, we feel at home. Vanda was super flexible regarding checkout and check-in times. The place is a true paradise.

The place is fantastic, very good for welcoming friends. The barbecue area with pool is huge and still has pool. It was very comfortable to stay both for those staying at the house and for our friends who went to spend the day with us. We were very welcome by the caretaker, Carlinhos, and his wife who showed us around the house and where everything was. It was a bit difficult to find the place, but with the caretaker's phone to assist us this issue was easily resolved. The only problem is that there is no cell phone (only live chip on conventional cell phone, smartphone from time to time you get a signal). However, Carlinhos lent us his phone when we needed it. Would recommend!

The stay was great, the place has two separate leisure areas available, one with a pool and barbecue area, the other with barbecue, TV, board games, pool, etc. For having the two areas well completed, we enjoyed the weekend a lot. The rooms correspond with the photos and was very comfortable. Although Paulo lives on the property, we had a lot of privacy. Paulo and his wife are very friendly and gave market and party indications they were having in the city. Our group felt welcomed and at home, we definitely recommend booking with Paulo!

Best apartment in Viçosa, it is in the center, close to Rita's bars, very clean and fully equipped apartment. I always stay in it when I go to Viçosa.
