Such a beautiful villa! Stunning! You enter through a permaculture garden. The house is surrounded by nothing but nature. At the same time you can still get quickly to Ubud center. It feels minimalistic, but at the same time warm and cozy. Loved the art work from local artists. And the sunrise over the volcano. Wayan provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

Villa is amazing and exactly like in photos. Rooms were spacious, comfortable beds, amazing pool and deck for chilling. Upstairs gets hotter, but air conditioning is working great so it was possible to keep the whole house in cool condition. Only thing that was bothering me was the locals as they are right next to the property and they are waking up at 6am so if you have a late night and want to sleep earplugs is a must. Nevertheless the villa it self is amazing and very beautiful, we had a great time :)

The Paya Paya Villa was the perfect accommodation for our adult family's annual holiday (four pairs of adults). Each couple had their own well appointed beautiful bedroom and ensuite giving them their own space within the Villa whilst the outside area and open living room allowed us all to come together for meals, card games, massages and drinks by the pool. The Villa is exactly as described and the images do not express the peaceful feel and generous proportions of the home. The location was central to a diverse range of restaurants (recommend Lilo Indonesian Comfort Food & the Italian Restaurant); medical/pharmacy; "corner" store; and walking/scooter distance from Seminyak shopping district, the beach and Potato Heads. The Villa staff, Arie, Made, Yulis, Made and Ketut allowed us to easily enjoy what Bali had to offer and made our stay so memorable. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. It was very difficult to leave such an incredible country and people.

Ultimate Creative Oasis for Nyepi! Didori Villa is pure serenity! It’s super quiet tucked away in lush rice paddies. Perfect for the day of silence or just needed some silence from the busy streets of Ubud. The surroundings are breathtaking, with endless greenery and total tranquility. Truly inspiring for us as a Creative Oasis. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect while giving us privacy to immerse in the experience. And Zen, the owner, is absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and full of light. You can feel her love in every corner of the villa. Being right next to the Eat Pray Love house only adds to the magic. It’s a sanctuary for creatives, a place to reconnect with your inner child, and truly one of the most inspiring stays ever. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful, and artistically nourishing escape, Didori Villa is the place. We’ve been telling our friends about this place as THE PLACE for Nyepi!

The beautiful accommodation was a perfect getaway for me and my family. But what made me giving the 5Stars mainly is the team. The housekeeping was awesome, so kind and even from a European point of view super super clean. And since my whole Airbnb journey I never experienced such a great and quick response like Made did it. I am so thankful and highly recommend this place. There is one thing that you need to know. Because I am a sensitive person I am pointing that out: it is an open construction. Means, the windows don’t have glass everywhere and in some rooms there is an open wall or an open roof in the bathroom. That means bugs, mosquitos and spiders can come in. Made and his team try to help as much as they can. I just want eventyone to know that in advance.

Amazing villa! Super clean and comfortable with very friendly staff and very responsive host. Modern furnishings were very nice too. Super near Canggu but villa itself was very peaceful and quiet with the views being amazing and very Bali-esque too!

Great guest house to stay, very close to the Echo beach, restaurants and grocery stores. You will receive a warm welcome here! I did not use the kitchen but you have one that you can use. You can also ask for laundry services in a shop right next door. Only inconvenience for me was the wifi that did not work so well: I did get messages on WhatsApp but wasn't able to do more. I still recommend!

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

Bright apartment in Pererenan. Cleaned every day. Very quiet at night. Located down some small roads away from the main road and super quick to be in the center of Pererenan. There’s construction around but it wasn’t loud and basically unavoidable in Pererenan at the moment.

Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ravelyn House. The place is exactly as pictured—peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel completely recharged. The house is well-equipped with everything you need: a comfy bed, a nice kitchen, great hot water. The location feels remote in the best way—tucked into a quiet village, away from the crowds, but still accessible. It’s the perfect spot to rest and reconnect with nature. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive. We did experience a brief power and Wi-Fi outage, but honestly, it’s to be expected in the village and was resolved very quickly by the team. Nothing to complain about at all. If you’re looking for a calm, scenic escape with thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality, this is the place. Would 100% recommend and definitely come back!

It’s a beautifull private house just 7 minutes by bike from ubud centre. Very peaceful and felt like home. We had a great weekend - thanks to Ketut and Made. They were very accommodating and friendly. Gave us lots of recommendations. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you.

For those that want a very relaxing and secluded holiday away from the other busy places in Bali, we can’t recommend this place enough. Paired with the great food at the ecolodge and all the wildlife you get to see, this place provides everything you’d want for a quiet holiday.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft, ein absolut magischer Ort! Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, durch die Ruhe vor Ort kann man wunderbar entspannen. Der Service ist sehr gut und das Personal immer superfreundlich! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir können Avana nur wärmstens empfehlen!!

Putu was a gracious, helpful and perfect host. We spent a magical week immersed in the beauty of Bali’s natural world, green in every direction. On the property are massive trees and rice fields. A crystal clear stream runs along the border. The house itself had everything we needed. We’ll return for sure. Thank you Putu for always checking to see if we needed anything.

I really enjoyed my stay in the farmhouse! The team and staff were really nice and kind, with very good manners treating the visitors. Surveillance cameras are set well, so feel safe and settled living there. Gus is also very nice to talk to, he took care of the whole property and our safety. The location is very quiet, reachable to anywhere with scooter. Just might be a problem going out when it s raining hard, hopefully the raining season is gonna be over tho

Everything was good, some of the staff didn’t speak much English. Everyone tried their best. Outdoor Spa/massage was amazing

The place was great! Definitely made us feel relaxed and service was excellent! The butler, Made, was extremely helpful and informative. I loved waking up in the morning to the sound of birds and monkeys playing on the trees right infront of the terrace. It was definitely a good place to take a break when you come a thriving city. Would’ve been nice if they had more bamboo huts like these so my friends and I can stay in the same place together. Breakfast was delicious too! Only downside was the hot water was not working in the jacuzzi so I didn’t get to enjoy it much. But it wasn’t a major issue.
