Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Oasis with Private Plunge Pool

Easter 2026 Available message direct - Light filled flat with its own private plunge pool offering complete privacy, ideally located 4 minutes drive/1.4km easy stroll from the heart of Terrigal Beach plus café’s, restaurants and boutique shops. Private front street access, off street parking. 2 beds open plan living-dining opening on to the large deck and private plunge pool area. The many local beaches are all only a short drive away. Hawks Nest Forest House with a pool

This 3 bed, 2 bath family home is a 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to the beaches and shops. Also has a seperate flat for extra cost. Lie in bed and look out at the trees, listen to the birds and hear the koalas at night. This pet friendly home is close to the river and backs onto a lovely forest with walking trail. It has an in ground swimming pool and a deck overlooking the forest. Off street parking. Weekends - Fri 2pm to Sun 4pm when possible. Weekly bookings preferred in summer holidays.
