The main bedroom is detached from the living and kitchen, which has a fold out couch for extra guests. Private outdoor area. Kitchenette with tea, coffee making facilities, selection of cereals, bread and milk provided. There is no stove/oven. Only a 5 minute walk to Saints Cafe and a Four Square. Short drive to The Base Shopping Centre. The Waikato Expressway, River Cycleway, and field days site are close.

Karearea Cottage is on 4 acres with a horse and pony next to the cottage. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

An easy 6 min walk to the surf at Whale bay, Indicators or Outside Indicators a few mins drive to Manu bay or Ngarunui beach. Warm and cosy with a beautiful open fire, modern insulation & large double glazed sliding doors. The heat pump heats the studio within 15mins.
