Vacation rentals in Te Kohuroa / Mathesons Bay

It is a peaceful and quiet place to stay. I asked a lot of questions on the first day, but the host was very proactive and responsive. The space was perfect for two adults and three kids. The kids had a great time paddleboarding at the beautiful beach right in front, and the movie theater at night was a blast.

We absolutely loved our stay! A beautiful home for our family holiday it was spacious and well equipped. The location is amazing, plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and all the native birds but also a nice easy walk down to the beach for a swim and the many cafes. A quick drive to some of the best vineyards and breweries too! The views were incredible! We felt right at home and would have loved to stay longer, thank you for having us! From the Alderson whanau

The house was great, awesome location, beautiful views, easy walk to the beach and local cafe, all amenities were provided, spa was a nice bonus. The whole family enjoyed there stay, beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, Kane was responsive on the only query we had which was how to use the tv downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay and a classic Kiwi Bach with all the space and amenities you could ask for. The round the house deck give you great views at any time of the day

This accommodation was outstanding, the best airbnb we have stayed in. Location was perfect for our needs. Instructions were spot on and Joanne responded to communications extremely quickly. Everything we could want was at the accommodation including fully stocked tea, coffee, milk… and even some treats. The rooms were very spacious and the furniture very comfy and cool. Excellent 👌

I had such a great experience at Linda and Al's place! They offered free upgrade from unit downstairs to upstairs lodge, it was clean and cozy, with all the essentials we needed. The location was perfect—super close to Orewa shops, which made it easy to get around. Linda and Al was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and even offered us late check out. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip! Thanks for such a memorable stay! :)
