We really had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! The house is much more beautiful in person than in the photos. The children very much enjoyed the pool. The food you can order is delicious and the hostess and host are incredibly sweet people. Thank you for everything!

Wow what an amazing place. The facilities are 5 star. The caretaker is on site and he is highly responsive and helpful. The location is remote however there are nearby restaurants and shops for essentials. Its a great place to relax and unwind.

I went to Fez with a group of colleagues working on a project. We stayed at Riad Elegance, a historic restored palace dating back to the 17th century. The moment you walk in, you’re transported to a beautiful courtyard built in the traditional Moroccan style, complete with a small pool at its center. Two floors of rooms rise gracefully around the courtyard which has beautiful zellij tile work and restored stucco ornamentation. As an art historian, I was in love! The Riad is maintained and managed by two lovely people, Abdullatif and Aicha. They are so warm, hospitable, and genuinely caring toward all the guests. Aicha also offers an optional, paid dinner service—she’ll cook a traditional Moroccan meal using fresh ingredients from the market. The dinner she prepared for us—I can still remember all the flavors! They treated us like family. For a great experience, a relaxing vacation, and a little adventure in Fez with a peaceful retreat to return to each evening, choose this Riad!

One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in, tastefully decorated and with personality. A unique place full of charm on the edge of the medina and yet extremely peaceful. The garden and pool are beautiful, not overlooked and surrounded by lemon trees. The exchanges were very fluid with Amélie and Philippe, the owners. We received such a warm welcome from Sanae and her husband, a lovely host full of thoughtful touches. We had great conversations with her that allowed us to better understand Morocco and Moroccan culture. If you stay here, absolutely enjoy Sanae's cuisine, generous, authentic and made with a lot of love. Nothing to do with the restaurants in the medina. Probably the best meals we've had on our 15-day trip to Morocco. This stay in the riad was a highlight of our road trip. Thanks again! An experience not to be missed if you are in Fez, really.

We loved our stay at Driss’s property, perfect for our group! 🤩 & would 100% be back! Driss cooked us an evening meal which was delicious, we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Beautiful house with pool, the place is super quiet and relaxing. The kids were able to have fun in the pool or around the house. Selma is very welcoming, always responsive to message and understanding. The caretaker is very very nice, you can ask him anything he will serve you. I would recommend the place, for its calm and cleanliness and insulation. 20 min from FES city center by car. You have a small shop 5 min walk from the property. If you need a secluded and family-friendly place, don't hesitate. See you next year Selma. And thank you again 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful time at Houda’s place. They went above and beyond. Recommended activities and made us feel right at home. The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. This was my second stay at the apartment. As before, the communication with Hassan was perfect. He responds quickly and is ready with any help needed. Hassan met me and guided me to the apartment. Bernard showed me nearby restaurants and sights on a map. The apartment is large, peaceful and beautifully decorated, with a good kitchen, an excellent shower and a lovely private terrace- a good place to unwind after a busy day. A great base from which to explore this incredible city.

The location of Aïcha's house is perfect. You are in the heart of the medina but in a quiet place to sleep. Note that a minaret is very close but we were not disturbed. I would like to point out that the accommodation has a lot of very steep stairs and at the end of the day it is not easy. We chose the breakfasts and were delighted. In addition, Aïcha took care of getting us a porter on arrival and return. She also handled the taxi from the airport. Only small problem, Aicha we organized a tour with an official guide of the medina, but he never came. Not a big deal in itself. In short, we had a lovely stay.

The host was very welcoming, warm and available throughout our stay. The accommodation is perfectly as described: clean, pleasant, well-appointed and very comfortable. It immediately feels like home. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located place. Thanks again for this great hospitality!

Zahras house was as authentic as they come. We felt totally impressed into the culture. Wafa was very helpful and took us for a great tour around the Medina. Thank you for a very memorable time :)

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

This place is nice and private, away from the main foot traffic. It’s simple, but if you are looking for something low budget and independent while still being in the medina, this is a good option. Picking up the keys was not difficult and I was satisfied with my stay.

It was a pleasure meeting the host. The location is quite impressive, but requires good knees for the many steep steps uphill. The roof terrace is a treat, overlooking part of the blue medina.

A great villa located in the countryside of Fez. Very spacious with a pool. Gatekeeper was very welcoming, helpful and hospitable making us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend for family and friends.

The accommodation is very comfortable, all the amenities are at the top: bathroom, hot water even in the mountain, all amenities are available. The welcome is just beautiful, warm, generous, Moroccan-style, with kindness and kindness. We wanted to have a guide to explore the Rif Mountains and the local area. We went 3 families and we had the entire house to ourselves. Phenomenal located, in a quiet area, within the Medina but close to the access area. We have dinner one night at home, traditional food (soup and cuscus) cooked there by the lady who takes care of the house. Homemade breakfast also very good. Everything clean and the team that takes care of the house very friendly and attentive to our needs. We will recommend it!
