Absolutely beautiful studio that overlooks a valley filled with Kangaroos, Rabbits and plenty of birds. Driving into this property i was blown away by how gorgeous this place is in person. The studio gets plenty of sun, and is less than a 5 min walk away from Audrey Wilkinson. The location of the property is perfect, as it felt very private yet was so close to everything that Pokolbin had to offer! Sally was very responsive, making our check in & stay feel seamless. She also recommended some local eateries, and was very kind and welcoming. Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough, the whole experience was a 10/10 and i’m looking forward to coming here again. Thank you so so much Sally and Iain for hosting us!

My mother and I absolutely loved staying here. Inside and out was actually even better than the photos showed. Was a comfortable, tidy, modern, quiet space. Outside with the spa, pool and sauna made us feel like we were in a resort in Bali. Given the chance we will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you again for hosting us!

The home was well equipped and in a great location, very quiet and relaxing. It was an easy walk or drive to cafes and shops. Perfect for a small group or family to explore the Hunter Valley

Our second stay at fabulous Seal way and we had the best time. Lucked out with some fine weather after all the heavy rain and even did some stargazing on the first night around the outdoor fire pit. The only bad thing about this house is that you have to leave !!!! We will be back for sure Thanks so much

TipTop accommodation. Clean, lots of space and kitchen with everything you need. Great little beach 2min away with fantastic snorkeling. We took our dog and he loved being on the veranda.

We had a fantastic stay at Marcus and Helen's property. The decor is absolutely lovely—thoughtfully chosen and welcoming, creating a real home-away-from-home vibe. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, including quality crockery and utensils. The furniture throughout the house was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. On top of all that, the location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended!

Our stay was ideal for a family get together and to attend a wedding locally. Our hosts were very accomodating and friendly which made our arrival and departure easy. We were impressed with the property location, view, layout and everything that being at home provides. We didn’t need anything except our clothes and food. I would highly recommend staying at Curlew Sands, and we would definitely stay again. The price for the size and location was perfect! The house was beautifully renovated and felt like home. Everything matched with beautiful decorations that gave off a lovely vibe and made the place feel welcoming. Excellent amenities. Each room was well equipped with needed essentials and I love all the extra additions like laundry detergent and stain remover. The kitchen was fully stocked with an array of equipment so you could easily cook if desired. The shower upstairs was excellent and the bathroom modern but the downstairs bathroom did not match the rest of the house, once this space is renovated the house will be perfect! To those who want to sleep in the larger room, note this is downstairs so if people are walking around upstairs this is quite easily heard. The beds were comfortable, excellent high quality washing machine and dryer (with multiple options), and the outside areas were perfect for groups and picturesque. Great host who left a sweet welcome cheese hamper on arrival and gave a late check-out! Can’t wait to return!

The house was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby cove was fun to paddle in on the stand up paddle boards provided, with a short walk to the shore. North Arm Cove is a peaceful suburb and there are some fire trails through the bush behind the house, but no coastal walks. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking very easy. We had fun using the billiard table and car racing simulator. It is a 20 minute drive to Coles, surf beaches, and excellent restaurants in Tea Gardens.

Beautiful location right on the beach and within walking distance to the local shops & amenities of Soldiers Point. The kayak and proper Stand Up Paddle boards were a great addition. A great place for kids and lots of areas to relax and enjoy Aperitvo on.

We went with a couple of friends to enjoy a quiet weekend. Naomi’s place was more than perfect, it’s a very cozy and comfortable home. It has plenty of space and games to have a great time. Totally recommended.

We had a great stay in Hawks Nest at Kristina’s place. The accomodation was stunning and perfect for a get away from Sydney. The doggo loved the space to be able run around in the garden. It really was the perfect set up to be able have some home cook nights in and also local to the shops is there was anything we need. Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

Easily one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. You can tell Adrian & Fiona really care about the guest experience, everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the amenities to the cozy touches around the space. The location is excellent, being close to beaches and parks, and the place itself was very clean, beautifully presented, and was decked out with all that we needed for our stay and more.
