Card games, full kitchen to make a great breakfast/dinner/baking. enjoy some Bali in Papamoa. There are also good walking tracks not to far from here, up to Papamoa Hills. A perfect quiet location and a tv for movies on rainy days.

Property is across the road from the beach. Just been totally refurbished to what I would say is 4star plus. Children under one yrs old stay free. Main bedroom has Huge California King Bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a Queen bed plus two single beds. Cafe and takeaways is 3 minute walk. Only a 1.4 km walk to Bayfair shopping mall, movie theatres and a large selection of restaurants. The same distance to walk to Bay-wave indoor swimming pools with water slide.

The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and generous in size. Also we have Nespresso coffee maker for your enjoyment.
