Itamar is super kind and answered our questions quickly. The apartment was super clean and perfectly accommodated me and my husband, both doing home office. In addition, it is close to markets, pharmacies, squares, varied restaurants, and the neighborhood is very safe. Super recommend!

The apartment is well lit, well-equipped kitchen, hot shower and with plenty of pressure. The condominium is well organized, always very clean and with friendly employees willing to help.

Edson was an outstanding host and we truly enjoyed ourselves at the apartment. The apartment is very close to several beaches and the swimming pool was splendid. The security guards at the front gate were very nice. Bed linen is an extra charge and that was something we had to consider. Luckily, the linen was all set up when we arrived, and we got to focus on the beautiful nearby beaches of Ubatuba.

Me and my family love hosting. The very attentive host, always available to meet us. It was very quiet. All the staff , the reception, chambermaids and restaurant very friendly and attentive. The restaurant serves the 3 meals ( private) . Farta and very good food. The apartment is very welcoming, quiet, with a beautiful view and an amazing sunset. Good furniture, comfortable beds, bed linen and good quality bath. The excellent bath. TV with good programming (smart TV). It is an excellent place to rest. I will definitely come back for the next time and I highly recommend it!

Bacana, good condominium and well-structured, clean and organized apartment, plus spacious. Some leaks in the bathroom and refrigerator, and a small problem with the hairdryer, but nothing that hindered the trip.

The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean! As I went with my parents, who are older, and my brothers, I felt very safe inside the building. There is a market, bakery and bars nearby. The beach is also within walking distance and most of the kiosks were open with ambient music! I recommend it without fear and I hope to have the opportunity to return because we only did a round trip! The only point, which I leave as a tip for those who are renting, is to bring sheets and towels.

Simply amazing, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with the sound of the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

Marcos' accommodation is fantastic, all brand new and very well equipped and decorated. The building had even the availability of some essential items, such as cleaning products, soap and seasonings such as salt, sugar and others. Everything very well planned for greater guest comfort. Marcos is super attentive, always connected, responded to messages quickly. The property's location is easy to reach and close to the center or exits to any neighboring city. The region is spectacular. For those who do not know the surrounding of the Serra da Mantiqueira, it is worth knowing! And staying with Marcos makes the experience even more memorable! Another point to value is the cost benefit. Pindamonhangaba is a centralized city, which favors a quick turn to Campos de Jordão, Aparecida, Santo Antônio do Pinhal, etc at a much more economical cost. I just have to thank and recommend! Score 10!

The place was as described. The host was very responsive via what's app and gave great recommendations. I wouldn't classify the neighborhood/location as "beautiful", but it was close to the center with the car.

The stay was great, the apartment was very well structured, in environments, furniture, utensils, we were very comfortable, feeling at home. It had several details that made it very easy to stay, for example , offering toilet paper, sink soap.... The condominium is also great, the pools, game room.

Granted every pennies paid, description correctly there was everything and little more in the description of the AP, everything very clean and organized impeccable furniture, excellent communication staff educated without any problems, great pools children loved air conditioning working perfectly, one of the rooms decorated with Marvel dolls a beautiful and dolls available for the children to play,my 6-year-old son was delighted available sound box, thermal box we use, had pillow need to take pillars and bedding but it already appears in the description. Glaucia's space is even better than the description. I've been staying in this condominium for 4 years, but I've never found an apartment as clean and equipped as Glaucia's. I've been to the condominium before and the APs are very good, I usually stay in APs that Aline is a co-host. I'm totally carefree, she's super approachable and quickly solves what we need. The apartment I stayed in was clean, organized, everything was perfect and complete. There is nothing to complain about. The location is close to downtown Ubatuba, close to Pereque-açu beach, but you can drive to others such as Tenório beach, Felix and spend about 20 minutes. Tenório Beach is great to go with children.
