The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Very nice studio located in the heart of the Confluence district. It is ideal for a weekend of discovery or a week in Lyon (professional training or teleworking), combining PROXIMITY and COMFORT. The apartment is new, bright, very well equipped, it has a large terrace (parasol, sofa, electric bbq). A mobile air conditioner is available in case of hot weather. Quick access to public transportation, restaurants, bars, Confluence shopping center, Confluence museum, cinema, etc.

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Located in a green setting 20 minutes from the city center with salt pool. Free parking. Independent studio on the ground floor of a house. Independent entrance. From the private veranda, you will have direct access to the garden and pool. The latter is not heated and will be accessible as soon as weather conditions permit. The garden and pool are shared with the owner who lives on site. Bus C20 5 minutes from the accommodation towards Lyon.

Completely refurbished apartment, very close to the center of Lyon, also 1.5 km from the center of the confluence of Lyon and 3 km from Place Bellecour. Quick access to the center of Lyon by public transport (22 minutes from Place Bellecour by door-to-door bus).

It is located on the top floor - with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Lyon City Hall, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3), and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.

The duplex, dedicated to guests in our home, has independent access. It offers 2 spacious, bright bedrooms with 2 160 beds; a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet; a lounge-library with TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
