Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

The house is quiet, cozy, very equipped kitchen, natural environment in the countryside, outdoor space where to be with children, and the host Tiziana is very friendly and thoughtful. A couple of delicious days.

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

We loved staying at David’s Place! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with great restaurants and the beautiful Bracciano Castle. Having private parking for our car made things easy, and for those using the train, the station is close by too. The apartment was perfect for us, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even water waiting in the fridge. The terrace was a nice spot to relax, and the laundry facilities were a big plus. Each room had air conditioning, which kept us comfortable, and there were plenty of beds for larger groups. The only small downside was the spotty internet, but with so much to see and do, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend it!

A truly stunning property - probably the nicest in my 7 years of staying in Airbnb properties. An excellent host, greeted us at the property. Stunning decor, lovely hot tub and perfect central location. We will definitely be back.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. we only stayed one night, we wanted to visit Terni and the waterfalls. So we were only in the house long enough to put down our suitcases and then the night and then we got ready the next morning to check out. In any case, I report: very tidy house with everything you need; clean bathroom and overall very clean villa. The villa is not far from the Basilica of San Valentino while to reach the center of Terni, you need to travel by car. Maurizio is really helpful and friendly, highly recommended accommodation 🤠

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available when we had questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was off-season). In the residential complex, everything is a bit outdated, but that does not detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. This is the real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. One little thing disturbed us a little. Outside the residential complex and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty... there was garbage everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside the Italian vacation season. The city center of Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you arrive early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxing two weeks.

It's an unforgettable experience, totally immersed in nature. All the silence and tranquility you need to get away from it all, a swimming pool overlooking the hill with stunning views. A stone barbecue for your barbecues and the company of very sweet animals. Pietro and his wife Pina are very kind hosts, available for any eventuality. We hope to return as soon as possible, thanks again for everything. 🤍

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

This accommodation is in a location that immediately puts you at ease. We spent a lot of time in the garden, enjoying the tranquility. We had everything we needed and experienced the trip in a peaceful and carefree way. Thank you very much.

Very nice, big and clean apartment suitable especially for families. We booked on a short notice (the same day) and the apartment was ready and clean when we arrived. The owner responded right away to all enquiries. The location is perfect if besides Rome you want to visit some sights around Rome (we went to Tivoli and to the outlet Castelo Romano), Rome is accessible by public transportation (15-20 min walk to the metro station). A big plus was the gated parking next to the house. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this apartment and using it as a base camp for our exploration of Rome. Monti is a wonderful neighborhood, and we enjoyed the convenient access to metro lines and Termini station. The apartment itself is comfortable and was great for our family (my parents, my wife and I, and our 5 year old daughter).

I will say this stay was memorable from recommending places to eat and showing us around, and also help us in a pinch when we needed help great host on the property will definitely recommend and stay again!
