In a small condominium of 3 lots, cute bedroom of 15 m², independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier is a 5-minute drive away, shops, tram stops and highway access are 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to access the front porch of the accommodation.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Lodge of about 50 m2 in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (140 cm bed). The gite adjoins the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You may park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.
