Restored former farmhouse cottage

Lodge of about 50 m2 in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (140 cm bed). The gite adjoins the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You may park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

Located in the heart of Quercy between Cahors and Montauban, it will offer you a romantic break or a pied-à-terre for a tourist stay. Restored while retaining its original soul (wings moving with the wind, stones and lime joints...) it consists of a small equipped kitchen, living room on the ground floor, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor, and a bedroom on the 2nd floor. It is on one level with access to the garden, and would be ideal for business stays, or tourist discoveries. Parking is fenced and closed. The house does not accept electric car charging.
