Breathtaking views, gorgeous sunsets and stunning sunrises are plenty. The famous Te Apiti Wind Farm of the Manawatu can be seen from most parts of the property, along with the picturesque hills, old sheds and lush vegetation. Not to mention, it's a bird's paradise. Come and enjoy our little slice of heaven!

Country seclusion

This accomodation is in a secluded country area but only 15mins from the centre of Palmerston North city and only 5 minutes from the Palmerston North air port. The dwelling consists of an open plan kitchen dining lounge area, a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed and a seperate bathroom consisting of a toilet shower and vanity unit. There is also a fold out couch in the lounge which turns into a double bed .We have chocolate lab dog Tui who roams freely around the property and is friendly

Looking for somewhere to relax and unwind? Have this modern private farmhouse to yourself and enjoy the views and peacefulness. There’s plenty of indoor space and if the weather is great you can enjoy the decking and sun. Cook on the BBQ or enjoy a Netflix movie. It’s a great place to unwind. If you feel like company or a meal out the Pongaroa Hotel is only 5 minutes drive away. Take a 30 minute drive to the stunning Waihi Falls, or to Akitio Beach. There are plenty of short hikes around too

The Old Cellar Door Farmstay was originally the wine tasting room for the Pohangina Valley Estate vineyard. Set on a working sheep farm with a view of the Ruahine range, the farmstay is private and spacious with a wood burner for those chilly nights. Close to owners house for help if required. Friendly goats and free range chickens. Close to Palmerston North and Feilding. Enjoy the many walks/cycling nearby and other activities. Short walk to the river with a popular swimming hole.

A warm, welcoming, sunny space with everything you need. A modern kitchen and bathroom provide a comfortable family set up with a lounge area leading to the pool. Please note that the nightly rate is for up to 4 people and includes breakfast. There are 3 bedrooms ideally suited to 5 guests however having 2 singles in one room allows for 6 if required. This can be reconfigured to a queen and a single in the largest bedroom allowing more space in the single room, if preferred.

I live in the "Managers Quarters" which are through a door from the bank (the walls are very thick).

Our place is Located on the outskirts of Ashhurst with semi-rural feel. Your room is separate from the house. It has a comfy double bed, you have your own shower, toilet and laundry with a small kitchen with an oven microwave and air fryer. Fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle also in kitchen. Tea and coffee are provided in your room. Your space is separate from our main house in a Kiwi style sleep-out attached to the garage.
