Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tarakeshwar

This place is a true getaway. A little hard to find on your own or with a taxi driver unfamiliar with the area but Ashish helped us find a local driver who got us there no problem, and Ashish was there personally to help us check in. We were three adults and four kids (8, 9, 10, 14) and had plenty of space for sleeping. Nepali style mattresses were relatively comfy. Kids enjoyed picking and eating mulberries. That tree also brought a multitude of different birds which was a real treat. Kitchen well stocked but bring your own groceries if you want to cook, as there aren’t many nearby stores. Breakfast is included, for which Ashish gives you lots of options, and if you don’t want to cook there is great momos and dal baht at the Kotdanda Valley View Restaurant, just a five minute walk away. The glass house, or solarium, was a favorite space for the kids to play and imagine. It’s also where they slept, with an amazing view of the city lights below. We had a wonderful time!

I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. The place itself is even more beautiful than pictures and the little community around makes a super quiet cozy and homy environment I will be definitely back (and very soon) Thanks!

Staying at Sweet Dream Apartment and meeting Raj was a wonderful time. He was so helpful, had great recommendations, and I really wish we could’ve stayed even longer. I would highly recommend staying here and working with Raj for an unforgettable stay in Kathmandu.

I only had a night stay at the hostel but i loved it. I wished i stayed longer, perhaps in the future if i were to visit Kathmandu again. Tisa who attended to us at check in was super accommodating - my friend and i reached KTH early from Pokhara after our 10 days ABC hike, and was thankfully allowed to check in early. Tisa was also very proactive in introducing the neighbourhood and gave us some food recommendations. The room was spacious as described, clean and just enough plugs. OH! just that there are no lifts, but we already knew that ahead of time. I love the place, community and people!

I had a wonderful stay at The White House Villa. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The pool was clean, and Prasesh and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommended The White House Villa for anyone who are looking for a serene and comfortable stay in Kathmandu.

The stay was amazing. My family was utmost comfortable and was really appreciating it the whole time. The maintenance was well kept and the service was amazing. Location, Services and Owner attitude make this place a gem. As so many reviews are a testament to Niraj's positivity as a host and person, I can only confirm. He was a delight to deal with from the moment I sent an enquiry to him about the property. The location is excellent, close to nice cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets, fitness studios and a tennis court with instructors next door. The Monday, Wednesday and Friday housekeeping worked very well. As did the inclusive laundry service. Amenities in the apartments are as described. An excellent stay! Thank you Niraj!

Anamika’s apartment was very welcoming and very clean . I loved the cozy details the apartment had. I had a lovely time enjoying my breakfast at the garden outside sun-basking at morning time. There is ample space for parking which helped me locate my car safely . A/c , Private Washing-machine, hair dryer, toaster and many other amenities were deal to crack at the price she offered for me. The bed was super tidy and super comfy, i had a good sleep. Must-say , my overall experience was definitely worth it, anamika was very humble and attentive host. She catered to ask about any requirements i had that would assist my good stay experience. She helped around with locating grocery stores, sim cards, indrives etc. i had a delightful stay. Definitely coming back here again, when m back to Nepal 🇳🇵.
