Fantastic stay in a fantastic house!

The cabin is perfect! Super cozy, we feel at home. Everything is well organized and easy to access, with several kitchen utensils, which help a lot. Well lit at night and because it is in the condominium, it is very quiet, only with the sound of nature. The host provided all the guidelines clearly and made himself available at all times. Amazing place!!!

Great accommodation, all very organized and clean, we felt at home ! Comfortable beds, great air conditioning, warm Jacuzzi and the pool area is great ! Very kind Alexandre from booking to checkout ! was a great experience we will be back more often !

Alessandra and Jeff were great hosts, making check-in and check-out flexible and always assisting us when we needed it. The house has a very nice decor, with a grandma's house feel and made us feel at home. Well-equipped house and close to shops, safe neighborhood and close to the central region, which made it easy to get around by Uber in an accessible and cheap way. We recommend it!

The living space is a spectacle! The leisure, tranquility and relaxation that this space provides is sensational! The house is easy to reach and is in a quiet place. The possibility of relaxing in a network or in a cliamtized space is also very good. Jaqueline always quickly answered the questions we had. Super referrals to others!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location is excellent, close to various shops, which made our daily routine very convenient. Right across the street, there's a cozy pub with delicious food – it was a great surprise to enjoy tasty snacks without even needing to drive. The house itself is fantastic: airy, spacious, and very comfortable. A special highlight goes to the pool, which in the afternoon gets pleasantly warm – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Definitely an experience we’d love to repeat. Highly recommended!

Staying at Marcelo's house was a WONDERFUL experience! The house is stunning and the backyard, a show apart! The house is super wide, airy, comfortable and the decor, a show apart! We feel in our own home during our stay! The location is privileged because, although we are close to the lagoon, we have a lot of privacy, the place is quiet (and we stayed during Carnival!), has drugstores and supermarkets very close by. And what about the backyard?! Super verdinho, immersed in super well-groomed plants and bring an exceptional freshness to the environment. The hydro is delicious and was strategically positioned between the jabuticabeira and the banana trees, surrounded by the other plants. It was super warm, even in the days when we had little sunshine, she managed to maintain a good temperature, only with the mormaço of the weather! Marcelo was extremely attentive throughout our stay. Our contact was by messages and it remained available all the time!

The apartment is great, it was clean and the noise of the avenue is not heard. The location for us was great because we went to an event nearby. Very cozy. The garage is also great with good location and easy to park . The contact with the owner was only online since the key has to be removed from the neighbor's house, but it was well requested. The only thing that could have been said, I think it is an information to be added is that there is no elevator, so you have to climb 4 flights of stairs , but as it was only one night it was quiet , but I think it was relevant to warn .

Very good stay, we are more than satisfied with the accommodation. Despite the fact that it is not the best neighborhood, the building is secure so no fear to have. The accommodation is clean and well lit, with beautiful views from the terrace. We will keep a good memory of it!

What about Luciana and her super cozy house?:?: The photos exactly correspond to the space found, the house is super clean and organized, super cozy and interesting space with its mini arts gallery, I loved it! The host, Luciana, is a super cozy person, available, kind, quiet, makes you super comfortable as if you were at home and I felt at home! Access to the address is super easy for those arriving on the Belo Horizonte Bus Station or even by car. Next to the address there are public transport, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, in short, everything very accessible. I recommend and intend to return, thanks Luciana!

I'm in love with this place! It was an amazing time. A beautiful and cozy place, a wonderful view, with a perfect sunrise, well-equipped and clean cottage. We had a little difficulty getting there, because the GPS gave us a different route, but the host Natan was extremely attentive and even though he was almost arriving in BH, he came back to help us and led us to the cottage. It was with such attention and care that words are lacking to express my gratitude. Super recommended. We'll definitely be back...
