A telken három épület áll, csak a telek bejárata közös. A Kőház 2. egyszobás épület, fürdőszobával és teakonyhával. A fürdőszobából nyíló helységben finn szauna és pezsgőkád található. A háznak saját kertkapcsolata van. Grillezni lehet. A pincében fitnesz gépeken lehet néhány kalóriától megszabadulni. A telek végén salakos teniszpálya van. Ideal also for families with several smaller kids and also for groups of friends up to 10. 5 bicyles can be used. Családok részére, túrázok számára, balatoni nyarláshoz remek pihenési lehetőség biztosít a Zsálya ház.
