Vacation rentals with breakfast in Taounate Province

We had a wonderful time at Houda’s place. They went above and beyond. Recommended activities and made us feel right at home. The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Highly recommended.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. De ligging van de Dar was fantastisch en goed bereikbaar. Omringd door vele winkeltjes. Marokkaanse mensen zijn zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Bedankt Yassine voor het ontbijt dat je elke dag voor ons maakte. De communicatie met Pim en Yassine was uitstekend. We hebben ook genoten van het dakterras met het prachtige uitzicht. Un séjour tout simplement inoubliable en famille dans ce magnifique Riad au cœur de Fès. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par la beauté des lieux, mêlant authenticité marocaine et raffinement. Le Riad est un véritable havre de paix, décoré avec goût et chargé de cette magie unique que seule la médina de Fès peut offrir. Abdelali et toute son équipe ont été aux petits soins du début à la fin. Leur hospitalité sincère, leur disponibilité et leur attention à chaque détail nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. On ressent immédiatement que ce Riad a été pensé avec passion : chaque recoin respire l’amour du travail bien fait, et l’âme d’Abdelali y est présente à chaque instant. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la médina de Fès un panorama à couper le souffle, surtout au lever du soleil. Le jacuzzi sur le toit a fait le bonheur des enfants, qui y ont passé des moments de joie et de détente pendant que nous profitions de la sérénité du lieu. Tout y est parfait !

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Dar Drouj. A real haven of peace, incredibly beautiful, perfectly clean and tidy, very well situated. Jennifer was very reactive and helpful online and Abdullah took care of all our needs, organisisng excursions and giving great advice. The breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful stay at Dar Benaress. Mohammed and Nabilla are amazing hosts. Before we arrived, Mohammed asked if we’d like a list of things to do in and near Fes that he could arrange. It was our first time in Fes so we opted for both of the local tours and the hammam. We could not recommend them more and were so pleased we did those. The tours were informative and our guide helped us shop and took great care of us. Another option we arranged for was the home cooked meal. We initially thought we’d do that only one night, but Nabilla is such an extraordinary chef that we did it an additional two nights we were there of our four night stay. The riad itself is as beautiful and charming and magical as the pictures show. If not more. Amenities were as said. We couldn’t figure out the AC but the weather was fine so we didn’t bother to ask. The location is wonderful and Nabilla and Mohammed were very accommodating on arrival and when going on excursions. Would be lovely to visit again.

Staying at Ian’s place was a truly wonderful experience. The house is full of charm, perfectly located in the heart of the Medina, and feels like home the moment you arrive. Ian is a fantastic host warm, attentive, and also a great chef! He made us breakfast and shared stories that added real depth to our stay. We used their guidebook to book a full-day tour in and around the Medina -one of the best parts of our trip. Personal tip: Since the house is deep inside the Medina, it’s easy to get lost in the maze. I highly recommend using their suggested guide. We went with Redha (hope I spelled that right!) and he was amazing , knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended ⭐️

We enjoyed it a lot in this beautiful Riad. Really really friendly team, beautiful rooms and in the middle of the old town!

Youssef est un homme très gentil, maison tres bien situé, cest calme cest beau cest paisible surtout dans une aussi jolie ville comme Fez!

Halima was an extremely kind and welcoming host. Although I don’t speak much French and she didn’t speak English, we were still able to make great conversation, with the help of Google translate. Her place is right by the old Medina, so all the major sightseeing and shopping is just near by. The new Medina is just a short 5 minute taxi ride away.

We had a very pleasant stay at Noureddine’s place in Fes. He was a very kind and helpful host. The location is super central – perfect for exploring the old city. Breakfast was tasty and more than enough, and overall the value for money was great. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Obwohl es eine Ferienwohnung ist, wurde jeden Tag ein üppiges Frühstück an die Haustür gebracht und zwischendurch die Wohnung gesäubert. Die Küche hatte alles was man zum kochen benötigt Incl. vieler Gewürze, Essig und Öl. Wir verbrachten 4 Tage dort und fühlten uns von der 1. Minute wie zu Hause. Vielen lieben Dank an Adil und vorallem seinem Superteam.

Riad très agréable, très bien placé pour visiter la médina, à 2 pas de la porte bleue. Il vous faudra néanmoins pour l'arrivée l'aide d'un charretier pour trouver le riad la première fois. Les photos du riad sont en dessous de la réalité, il est encore plus beau! Notre suite Opale pour 4 était très bien. Je regrette juste quelques odeurs de remontées d'égout dans la salle de bain et dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de salé proposé dans le petit déjeuner. Hamman au riad super, merci à la gentille dame qui nous a fait passer un très bon moment.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Lage war sehr gut. Nur nachts war es als Frau etwas gruselig durch die dunklen Gassen zu laufen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem Abdo hat uns sehr geholfen und uns auch zum blauen Gate gebracht. Die erste Nacht haben wir in einem etwas engen Zimmer verbracht, aber die anderen Nächte konnten wir in einem größeren Zimmer schlafen, das war angenehmer. Einzige Verbesserungsvorschläge sind ein Ganzkörperspiegel, da der Spiegel im Bad sehr klein ist und die Matratze ist ziemlich hart gewesen, wodurch wir nicht so gut schlafen konnten, zudem kam noch, das die Wände sehr hellhörig sind. Im Ganzen war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit.

Noureddine y su familia nos han recibido en su casa con todo tipo de comodidades. Un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días en Fez. Se trata de un Superanfitrion que se preocupa de los huéspedes y tiene un alojamiento con los más altos estándares de calidad. Somos anfitriones Superhost en España y sabemos de que hablamos. Precio muy correcto. Aparcamiento de pago cerca. Buen acceso a la zona. Fácil de encontrar. Indicaciones muy claras y excelente comunicación. Nos hemos sentido en familia y nos llevamos un recuerdo excelente. Gracias de corazón.

Saiit hat uns herzlichst empfangen. Neue saubere Wohnung, mit einer wunderbaren Dachterasse. Sogar eine Garage für 5 Motorräder war vorhanden. Saiit half uns ausserdem eine Stadtführung zu organisieren.

Nous partons en famille très régulièrement au Maroc, nous avons donc un certain nombre d’expériences de Riad. Le Dar Settash est très bien situé, facile d’accès en plein cœur de la médina. Le Riad est très agréable, très propre et sa terrasse offre une vue sur Fes exceptionnelle. Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : copieux et plein de spécialités marocaines ( on adore ) TOP ! Mais la réussite du séjour au Dar Settash réside surtout dans la gentillesse de Fatima et Mustapha et tout le reste de l’équipe, aux petits soins pour notre équipe de 10 ! Nous avons également dîner au Dar Settash et là encore ce fut très bon ! Bref, allez y !

The location is one of the best if you want to immerse yourself in old Fez.

A beautiful spot with a lovely Rooftop terrace. serves great food. Beds were fine. bathroom was fine. a little dark and cold in our room, but I imagine when it's not the heart of winter, it would be a welcome cool retreat. it's a hostel like atmosphere with kind travelers open to connect with. super friendly staff. In particular one worker there named Amin was soo welcoming and friendly, he felt like family to us. makes it worth a visit just to meet him. would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Soggiorno molto piacevole. L’alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, è pulito, funzionale e ben tenuto. La comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Un’ottima esperienza

La riad est très très bien située, proche du palais royal, du parc, du souk. L'accueil est super chaleureux, le p'tit déjeuner copieux, riad propre et très agréable malgré qu'il se situe dans une ruelle un peu sale de la vieille médina et le bruit des enfants qui jouent le soir dehors. Mais c'est aussi cela le charme du côté populaire marocain. Les hôtes sont disponibles, arrangeant. Je recommande sans modération, nous avons beaucoup aimé au point que mon fils de 13 ans qui m'accompagne me dit que c'est ici qu'il veut revenir si l'on retourne à fès. Je visite le Maroc 2 ou 3 fois par an et ce lieu fait parti de mes coups de cœur de la chaleur d'accueil des marocains.

We enjoyed our stay. Rose was extremely responsive. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. A simple thought like making sure there was an extension lead at the side of the bed to charge our phones was good. The place was suprisingly very quiet.

We recommend staying with Catherine. If you come by car you can park in the underground parking lot at the Blue Gate. It is a bit pricy there (ca. 362 MAD for 3,5 days). From there you can walk through the medina to the stay, which takes 10 minutes. You have great access to the sights, restaurant and banks. The bathroom and bed are great. The WiFi is ok, for VPN it is too weak. We used the laundry service, 1 load for washing and air drying is 70 MAD. The daily room cleaning was very great! The feline co host Oscar is very cute! We enjoyed our time there :)
