Cozy valley side, totally downstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a 16 unit complex with an on-site office manager/check in. Private fully stocked trout pond right onsite. Stunning views from the building overlooking the ski slope which is just 2 blocks away. Very charming & relaxing mountain retreat nestled in the beautiful Sanger de Cristo mountains. Fully furnished unit with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay including a fully equipped kitchen. NO smoking & NO pets allowed on site!

Welcome to our Modern Southwest style Mountain House with spectacular views from every room. Tucked away in the aspens on a quiet street, yet still just ~10mins from everything Angel Fire has to offer. ATVs are welcome, but must follow local/state/forest rules and regulations. ATV trailer parking at street. IMPORTANT NOTE: The driveway is gravel and steep! A 4x4 vehicle is required (& snow chains recommended in winter). DO NOT BOOK if you aren't comfortable with steep & narrow drives.

Cabin 14 is a 1 bedroom loft cabin facing the river and has a semi-covered porch with a great view of the mountains. The river sounds are easily allowed inside by opening a window or door. This cabin is also just steps from the fishing pond! Cabin 14 has a king bed in the upstairs loft that is accessible by a staircase. On the main floor is the living room with queen sofa bed, gas fireplace, full size kitchen and bathroom with shower. Cabin 14 cannot accommodate pets.
