Perfect location at Ahuriri on the waterfront. We had a small issue with a door lock that Kerry resolved immediately and when we came back from our bike ride. The door lock had been fixed and sorted. A comfortable house with plenty of space, and good water pressure for the showers. Great dry comfy beds and easy walking distance to Ahuriri restaurants, bars and shops. A perfect place for a girls weekend away. Thanks Annette and Kerry for such a lovely stay.

Great communication from Sue at all times. Clear instructions for entry and leaving. House had everthing for a great break and was very child friendly for folk with young kids. only minutes from the sea and easy walk into town centre. Would recommend this property as great place to stay and good value. Thank you Sue

We adored our stay! The cottage was pristine. The location is great. It is right across a quiet stretch of beach and walking distance from a great playground. It is very close to the airport but recent upgrades meant we couldn't hear the planes from inside the house. Our little one was obsessed with watching the planes take off. What really set this place apart was how thoughtful and kind the hosts were. We have a baby and toddler and the hosts brought toys for the kids to play with. The kids had the best time!

We greatly enjoyed our time at Caleb's house. Beautiful modern home with all the necessary amenities. Great art on the walls, super spacious, and set in a quiet location. Caleb was really great with his communication, which helped to make our stay so enjoyable. We have stayed in many Airbnb places over the years and Caleb's place would definitely rate in the top 5! Lovely house in quiet cul-de-sac, spotless inside with everything we needed. Super helpful host, have stayed at PiP’s before so we knew what to expect and it wasn’t any different. An absolute home from home which suited us completely and close to Hastings Showgrounds for Horse of the Year Show. Would love to stay at PiP’s again for next year’s show. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely time at the property, thank you. Plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors - nicely decorated and homely. Fantastic heated swimming pool! The kitchen was really well equipped - the coffee machine was excellent. Also really appreciated the aircon on a hot day. Would love to come and stay again sometime, thank you.

Lovely spot, private, comfortable, very well equipped and quiet. Easy drive to all of Hawkes Bay area. We didn’t ride the bike but seems there is lots of easy trails. We had a swim in the fresh water river beside the ocean just around the corner. Wineries with lunch only 5-minute drive away. Was quite hot so a pedestal fan would be a handy addition.

We had the most wonderful 3 nights in Napier at Derek’s place. We got to spend time as a family in the most perfect location! The place had an amazing view of the bay while being a very short walk into town. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Napier

Perfect little apartment situated in a gorgeous part of Napier with the beach across the road. Private and well appointed - laundry facilities were a bonus. Appreciated the furniture/styling choices giving the space a contemporary laidback beachy feel 💛💛 ‘Crazy good coffee’ 6 min away for the pastry/flat white win !!!

We booked Jack and Sarah's property for a 2-day strategy workshop, and were not disappointed. The property boasts stunning views, has plenty of bedrooms and beds available for groups, and was perfectly equipped for our needs. The biggest feature we absolutely loved was the private retreat feel close enough to Napier (just under half an hour) however you feel like you're completely away from all the hustle and bustle that comes with a town or city. Every detail in the property is carefully thought out and presented immaculately. Would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended getaway location.

The house was lovely and our group had a very enjoyable stay. Peter met us on arrival and welcomed us and then came and saw us as we were leaving. We had a power cut (very brief) but Peter messaged us straight away to see if we needed any torches. The house had everything we needed and was great for a group of adult. (Would also be a great place to stay with kids - lots of games and outdoor activities. Great big section and plenty of parking. Very secure.

What a great week we had at Nicky’s! The architectural home was really cool, and a perfect setup for our family. The real gem is the property - there is so much to do and explore! There’s a whole separate area down a small hill from the house that is a magical step into the lovely surroundings; so much local flora and fauna to discover! Great house with kids as there was no lack of screen-free entertainment. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Julie was so friendly and communicative, she made us feel right at home. So did Archie and Stevey the dogs, who we loved! The villa was larger than I expected and was perfectly set up for us. The location is ideal, close to the waterfront, wineries and cafes, and not too far from Havelock North for more restaurants, cafes and shops. Would recommend and would definitely stay again 😊 Thank you Julie for having us
