Great value, clean and impeccable accommodation, Said was responsive and friendly, the only concern was the street noise since the apartment is located on a noisy street. Otherwise the accommodation is clean and secure, perfect for a family.

Nice apartment. Close to nice restaurants (including Alma). Also nice bakery/ patisserie around the corner. Recommended. And a Carrefour. Within walking distance of the medina/beach. Please do not skip the cafe at the theater in the medina. Good communication. Very helpful and always available. Netflix available (nice with children). Good beds and shower. Some street noise.

Very well located accommodation. Very large. 3 bedrooms. We are not used to sleeping on Sedari so I would say ideal for a family of 6. Unfortunately, we did not have access to a bathroom. otherwise everything went very well. Banim was very understanding and we thank him. Don't hesitate to book.

The accommodation is very comfortable, it has 3 terraces literally above the sea, the views are breathtaking. The bad thing about the location is that there are always people downstairs and it's noisy, but that's the price you pay for staying in the most beautiful corner of Asilah.

Highly recommend this place in Tangier! The Dar is perfectly located, beautiful, functional, very clean, neat decor. There's nothing missing . Laurent and Béatrice are helpful and very available hosts. Their recommendations, whether for addresses or services, were valuable. The cherry on top, the rooftop pool with its 3 levels of terraces giving us the right to magnificent sunrises and sunsets, finished amazing us. Thanks again 🙏

A real favorite! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated. The paintings add a unique artistic touch and the colors create a warm and soothing atmosphere. Everything was impeccably clean on arrival, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks for a great experience!

Very nice apartment in the beautiful Medina of Assilah. Access was quick and easy. we just had the problem of not having a fridge because it was defective (we bought fruit that mostly perished and so we couldn't have bottled fresh water all the time). This was our second stay at Simohammed's place, and we've loved it both times. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and the location is excellent (right near the Boulevard). Everything in the apartment is brand new and easy to use. And Mohammed is an excellent host - kind, responsive, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic accommodation overlooking the sea We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The view over the sea is breathtaking, waking up every morning to the sound of the waves was really unique.
