Apa yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan keadaan aslinya. Komunikasi sangat baik dari sebelum pemesanan hingga hari kedatangan. Bahkan diberikan banyak kelonggaran untuk kami yang terlambat datang. Super proper area untuk saya dan teman-teman, semua terfasilatasi dengan baik. Tidak ada kendala apapun bahkan dengan informasi yang jelas sangat membantu kami mengoperasikan seluruh rumah. Tentu kami akan kembali lagi memesan! Terima kasih

I stayed for a total 3 weeks at Vania’s place while I got my home renovated. The apartment was clean, it has everything as described and matched the photos. No issue with water, electricity and cleanliness, however, wifi is not working for the last 2 weeks. May want to work on the wifi since internet network is a bit difficult to obtained there. But overall good experience.

Very worth the price! So close to lots of restaurants, easy to get to Jakarta central! The location was very perfect for me as I was able to visit a lot of malls and also enjoyed the long car rides there. The apartment itself is a studio! It's great for one person however when I had friends over it was difficult, it's quite small. So I wouldn't recommend bringing more than 3 people. The host is very responsive, the apartment is so clean, the laundromat and grocery store is very accessible downstairs and the pool on level 2 is great! You can also eat food with your friends on the second floor

Sudah 2x memesan disini, rasanya masih sama seperti pertama kali datang, suasana cozy, fasilitas lengkap, stopkontak roll yang sangat membantu, pemanas air listrik , ada kompor portable juga , piring dan gelas juga garpu dan sendok yang lengkap, sabun mandi, shampoo, dan shower juga pemanas air yang menyala, ac yang cepat dingin, jemur baju di balkon juga cepat kering dengan adanya bantuan outdoor AC, serasa ada di rumah dengan segala kenyamanan, juga lift apart/hotel yang sangat cepat, tempat nya tidak terlalu ramai, ada akses dari parkiran langsung ke apart di lantai 19 yang rasanya terasa sangat dekat, di parkiran juga ada batas maksimal hanya 25rb , jadi tidak memakan biaya, worth it to rent long, and Staycation. Thank you kak dewi yang ramah untuk sedia mengganti sprei baru, akan repeat order kembali 🤩

Our three days at the guesthouse were very good. The owners are really kind, giving you some food, helping you when you need it ... The area is pretty cool and silent, you have supermarket and street food really near. You can go their with confident ;)

tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

The place is neat and clean, sanitaries, towel, extra blanket provided, all AC in the room working as expected, TVs are small but no one really watch them as the place is really near walking distance to ICE where our exhibition located, you'll be busy :). nice and clean kitchen. quite location.

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Mr. Sandi as the host is very responsive and helpful. We were late for check in due to our delayed flight but he was waiting for us. The place is nice, clean and very quiet, a place to escape from the hectic daily routine. The facilities are good, the stove and kitchen set, wifi and cable TV function properly. You can find the nearest shop on foot. A recomended place and would definitely go back next time.

Kita booking unitnya termasuk mendadak sebenarnya, tapi host untungnya komunikatif & sangat fast respon jadi proses booking juga cepat ✨ Arahan check-in oleh Kak Susan juga lancar jaya tanpa hambatan. Arahannya jelas dan detail. Kita request untuk early check-in & late check-out juga diperbolehkan 🥺 Ada akses free ke kolam renang & gym di lantai 1. Ada juga minimarket, laundry & coffee shop persis dekat lobby. Butuh belanja snack/bahan masakan yang lebih lengkap? Ada Indomaret juga di tower yang berbeda. Peralatan masak cukup lengkap u/ masak-masak simple. Ada juga rice cooker mini, kompor listrik, teko listrik, microwave! Peralatan mandi juga disediakan handuk, sabun mandi & shampoo. Ada juga water heater, hairdryer & setrika. Tempat tidur nyaman+ada smart tv jadi bisa movie marathon seharian ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Kak Susan’s Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Thank you Christina, we honestly felt like it’s my own condo, super clean and cozy! The apartment complex has tons of great facilities too. You can explore the nearby botanical park or use the private access to The Breeze, an outdoor mall filled with cafes and restos. Overall, it was a super duper good stay! Just a heads up: the bed is on the firmer side, so far it’s no problem for us since we’re used to firm mattresses (no sore backs in the morning!), but it might be less comfy if you’re used to something softer. See u at the next occasion!

It is a spacious apartment in a great location next to Lippo Karawaci and the Imperial Golf Club. It contains a piano which we used. Handoko is very helpful and the apartment is clean and user friendly with a nice view of South Tangerang. It has good security and friendly staff who can help.

I couldn’t asked for a better host. Agatha is very accomodative, helpful, and friendly. My flight is on 20:00 and she allow us to use the space, even after long of our check out time. The place itself is very cozy and right on top of Supermal Karawaci, the main mall in the vicinity. This place is perfect for family with two kids. Highly recommended. My kid was excited to explore the room the minute we enter the place. Would love to return whenever we need place to stay in this area.
