The accommodation is close to every attraction by foot, such as Jesselton point, seafood market, handy craft market. in the facility, there are towels, and kitchen with a simple cooking ware, refrigerator, micro wave and toaster. and we really appreciate that there is a washing machine with detergent. Mr Almend is really friendly person, introducing local recommendations, and he organised the local tour. we joined in river close. he drove us to the ferry. we saw monkeys, sunset, and fire flies. we really enjoy staying at his accommodation. thank youm

离哲斯顿码头步行不过五分钟，楼下好几个便利店，很方便。房间特别干净，一点异味都没有，朝海，风景特别好。房东提前会联系你，如何入住和注意事项都拍了视频，简单方便。房间还提供了转换插座和过滤花洒，实在是太方便了。推荐推荐，下次来还要住这里！

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and maintained great communication throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and welcoming. The place itself was spotless and very well-maintained, with full amenities—from a first aid kit to thoughtful, child-friendly accessories that really made a difference for our family. Nathan was a wonderful host. He was thoughtful, generous and always available even at short notice. The property was outstanding amazing beach views fantastic interior decoration with everything you could need for your holiday. We would love to come again.

我们在HypnosSuites的公寓住了一个星期，入住之前已经有非常顺利的沟通，管家团队回应迅速，这个公寓最大的优点就是地理位置优越，面对海景，对面就是沙巴中央市场和菲律宾市场，买海鲜非常方便，侧面有一家百货公司，在超市购物也很方便，去加雅街也不远。非常感谢公寓管家团队为我们准备的一切。虽然第一晚阳台门关不上，但是第二天及时处理了。如果厨房配备有抽烟烟机就更好了。冲凉房没有干湿分离，冲凉后地面较湿，老人家要特别小心，容易滑倒，总体住宿愉快，再次感谢！

房源非常棒👍🏻干净卫生，但厨房位置卫生要加强，位置在亚庇市中心，去加雅街和其他市中心景点都可以步行到达，6楼的泳池非常棒，可以看到美丽的日落和大海，值得推荐！

The location was fantastic, situated right above the largest shopping mall in KK. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions from the host. The host was very responsive and recommended excellent places to eat, as Sabah is famous for its delicious seafood. Everything was within walking distance. The balcony view overlooked the garden, and the renovations made us feel as if we were away from KK until stepping outside. We can't wait to stay there again.

房间很好，一面窗户可以看到山，一面可以看到海，很漂亮，在阳台边看日落很美。房间打扫的很卫生，装修风格也非常现代化，有直饮水机这点真的很赞哦，我们人比较多，避免了不停烧水的麻烦。房东人非常好，住宿结束后还为我们提供了行李寄存服务，自助寄取很方便。另外楼下有很多餐馆，味道都很不错，还有2家24小时的便利店。打Grab也很方便，下楼就是接送点，很完美的一次入住体验。
